Breathtaking sunset views from this open water home. Large dock with room for two large boats. Every night a unique sunset amazes the eyes of guests hoping to witness the elusive "green flash." As night comes, expect to see a plethora of sea creatures off the end of the dock. The most consistent residents are tarpon and mangrove snapper. A 5/3 home with two master bedrooms, five queen beds, and a twin bunk bed, Casa Azul has the ability to sleep twelve people, all on mattresses.

Couples retreat

We had the idea of getting together with some other couples for a vacation and this worked out wonderfully. There was 5 couples and the place fit us great. The kitchen is amazing with ample appliances including an awesome ice maker. The one thing that stuck out to me about this particular property is there was room for everyone both inside and out. 10 people and I never felt like we were crowded even when we were all sharing the same area. Linda is a very accommodating host and communication was simple and direct. Close to the Publix and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Yearly Keys Gathering

This property is great for large family gathering. The house floor plan works great with a large kitchen that is fully stocked to meet all you cooking and dining needs. The location is great for fishing, boating, tubing and other water sports. Definitely would book this property again!

Christmas in the Keys

We had 8 adults staying for Christmas week and found the house to be outstanding accommodations for all of us. From the enormous kitchen, to the living room that easily sat all of us easily, to very comfortable beds, we all found it perfect. Not to mention the dock with boat lift that held our 28 foot boat easily, to the heated pool and hot tub, huge outdoor grill and refrigerator for bait, the list could go on. Troy and Lisa were easy to communicate with and made sure we were happy with everything. We'll be back!

Oh My Grouper!!!!

My family had the BEST time at Lisa and Troy's place. It was super clean, spacious and filled with anything you might want during your stay. Lisa and Troy are a delight! We rented a boat and caught fish for our 'fish taco's' dinners. The pool and hot tub were clean. The communication was great, and Lisa offered to help with anything we might need. We had dolphins and a manatee swim right under the dock!! Don't hesitate to visit! 1000 stars!!

Fabulous family fun with great fishing!

The view of the Gulf was breathtaking. The kitchen was top of the line and so pretty. The fishing off the dock kept my family busy all day long. The pool was refreshing. The hot tub was enjoyable at night. The owners were attentive and very kind. It was really perfect for our group of 12. Everyone had a really great time.

Excellent!

This was the 3rd year in a row I have stayed at this house. The house is always impeccable when it comes to cleanliness. The pool and hot tub are great as well. The owners are super nice and helpful whenever you need anything. I highly recommend this house if you're planning to stay in Marathon.

Family Spring Break

We had a great time at Casa Azul. Our host Lisa could not have been more accommodating. We had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to kayaks and corn hole. This house has a great floor plan and really takes advantage of the views. The pool was kept at a comfortable 87 degrees and the hot tub was at 102. It was a great place for a family trip!

Great Family Vacation Spot

My family had a wonderful time at Casa Azul! The views are amazing, there is plenty of room to spread out, and the owners were very responsive and helpful. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the adults soaked up the views and sunsets. The gorgeous kitchen had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, and lots of space to put groceries and make family meals. It was hard to leave!

What a great place!

Our family loved staying at Casa Azul! Unfortunately, the weather was absolutely terrible for our stay, but we made the best of it! Lisa was very accomodating and helpful, and we enjoyed the key lime pie she personally delivered! The kitchen is absolutely over the top, with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and dock, despite the wind/rain. Our family hopes to return in the future to enjoy this amazing property!

Wonderful Vacation!

We loved our stay at Casa Azul! The house is just as pictured and equipped with everything needed. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and perfect for a large group. The owners were very kind and available to supply anything we needed. The dock views were amazing and it was so awesome to watch all the sea life swim by - we even saw some dolphins a few evenings! The pool and hot tub were clean and both provided much needed fun and relaxation! Casa Azul is a perfect vacation home and would definitely recommend!

Perfect house for our family

The pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s also equipped with anything you might need, including coolers for you to use on the boat. We launched our 25 foot boat at the ramp in the neighborhood and kept it at the dock all week, and it worked out perfectly. The fishing off the dock is also great! We have a 1, 3, and 5 year old and there was plenty of space for them to run around, and they really loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely return to this house. Also the owner and property manager is amazing, and available to help if you need anything!

Fantastic Property

Had a wonderful week at Casa Azul! The home is appointed with everything a family or large group could want. Amazing kitchen with every appliance you could need, made serving our large group very easy. The dock and outdoor amenities are perfect, and we enjoyed swimming off the dock and even watching two manatees as well as the amazing sunsets. Lisa was very responsive to all inquiries and questions. You will not be disappointed. Hope to be back someday!!

Best Florida adventure ever!

On the Gulf in the Keys is the maximum Florida experience. Beautiful water, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, boating, sunsets, and more - literally at your doorstep. Casa Azul is perfectly located for privacy and convenience. Kitchen and dining area is built and equipped to totally satisfy a large number of cooks, eaters, and bartenders all at the same time. This was our family’s second stay here and we have already booked again for next year. And the host is the best of any VRBO we have encountered. LOVE it!!

Incredible Vacation

I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in Marathon. The home was beautiful and very well appointed. It had everything. The pictures do not accurately depict the kitchen. It is beautiful with 2 built-in refrigerators, two sinks, two dishwashers and top-of-the line appliances. The owners are amazing and responded to all questions/issues immediately. I cannot say enough about this vacation home. It is certainly well loved by the owners.

There are very few five bedroom open water homes. You can catch plenty of mangrove snapper from the dock. The snorkeling under the dock will allow you to see tropical fish and lobster.
