We have stayed here multiple times and it is perfect for anyone visiting Eugene. The host Jason has always been responsive and his home is very well supplied with extras. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Eugene Retreat!

Perfect space for our family. Had room to spread out in the TV room off of the kitchen. Backyard was beautiful and the added ping pong table in the garage was a nice added touch. Had everything we needed.

Perfect location

We were in town for the Oregon relays and stayed at this beautiful place. From the moment we got in the door we were impressed by the whole house and the location to everything. Hosts were wonderful!

Yes to all! I really did have a great stay. The host was wonderful and very responsive, the amenities were exactly as described (and much appreciated), and the overall comfort and convenience of the place made it especially enjoyable. Everything came together nicely, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great girls trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable and every detail was thought about. Chargers for phones and devices everywhere, an “on your honor” bar, coffee pods, great activities in the garage…would definitely stay again!

Golf and Football weekend

This was easily the most well kept and well stocked vacation rental property I've stayed at. My friends and I had a great stay here and will definitely be back.

Fabulous

Very cute, cozy and comfortable house perfect for our stay. We came from Ohio to visit friends for a few days and staying at the property was so welcoming. So many thoughtful and cute ideas around the house to make the stay more comfortable. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Eugene Family Trip

This property exceeded our expectations of a vacation rental. The house was clean from top to bottom and it was well stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The house was in a great location, close to downtown Eugene, lakes, parks and hiking. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future.

Great Location

Nice, comfortable home located in a quiet neighborhood. We could easily navigate Eugene from the location. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the host was easy to communicate with. We will most likely stay there again.

Incredible hospitality

This house is truly stocked with everything. The hosts have really thought through it all… extra toothbrushes, waters, air filters, snack trays, everything you could ever need! House is in a cute neighborhood that was nice and quiet. Would stay again!

It was a relaxing stay. Big bedrooms and very clean. Had we gone to the Duck game it would be a spectacular location. But it’s close to freeways and main streets. Thank you Jason!

Great house, so many thoughtful touches

House was fantastic for our needs. You can really tell the owners care about the place and make it very inviting for guests. Vrbo has the wrong address and Google maps got the actual location slightly off so we were confused but got it sorted out quickly enough. Overall great house, we’ll stay again if we can.

Great Home!

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Jason was a great host and quickly replaced one of the TVs that was broken by the previous renters the day before we arrived. We were able to walk to Autzen for the football game. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING HOME!! This is a Must Stay location!!

Gorgeous home, VERY clean !! Pristine Ranch is this home exactly!! Lovely accommodations & options if you want to hang out at the home or go out & have fun!! Jason is great & super easy to get ahold of!! We will definitely be staying here again!! All the little extras are a super fun bonus!!!

Excellence Location

Visiting Eugene for U of O graduation with family. Enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean home located perfectly for easy access to Autzen for the ceremony, grocery stores and a quick commute to the airport. Loved the snacks, attention to detail, the lovely back yard and the ping pong table!

NCAA Track Meet

We booked this property as we came in to watch the NCAA track and field championships.We loved the house and the special details. There were water bottles placed in the bedrooms and phone chargers for everyone. We would stay here again if we came out to Eugene again!

Great Location & Accommodations

We were in town to visit our daughter who is attending U0fO. The house was tidy & had enough room for myself & family members. In addition, it was close enough to UofO. The small attention to detail was very much appreciated (bottles of water on the nightstand, snack offerings, stocked coffee/tea station, etc.). Thank you Jason for having a very welcoming home! We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Eugene house

Comfortable Eugene house convenient to all. Very clean and well stocked with the essentials. Beautiful yard which unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy because of the rain. Very responsive host. Highly recommend.
