Out of date house that was not clean.

Listing says it can sleep six people but it’s very shady in how they count that. The carpet was very dirty and found trash through out the house. The house is very outdated and amenities are also out of date. Would not rent again.

Spacious and great location

Veey spacious house in a great locarion. The back decks were used through out the day for sun and shade. They were wonderful. Bedrooms were eoomy and the storage space was really nice, especially in the master bedroom. Kitchen could use a bit more tableware given the number of guests that can stay. Otherwise the kitchen was prerry well stocked for cooking and eating.

Great location! Quiet and close to everything!

A perfect spot for visiting Eugene! Lots of fun character in the house and a beautiful outdoor space… our pets loved it! Will definitely be back!

Great house with lots of character. It’s old so it’s a little funky but in a good way. Neighborhood felt really safe and 10 minute walkable to some cool spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Eclipse weekend

While the weather didn’t cooperate we had a fun time in Eugene. The house was comfortable and clean. Close to everything.

Great family and fur friend accommodation!

Spacious, classic old house accommodation in a lovely neighborhood. Our family and dog were very comfortable here for a 3 day weekend. Stairs are a bit steep and creaky but goes with the character of this old beauty. Great big fenced backyard with multiple decks. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice Views and Neighborhood!

We enjoyed having our Thanksgiving holiday at this College Hill house. We were able to easily prepare our meal with the kitchen tools provided. The view of the trees and hills from the breakfast nook and dining room were beautiful, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. There was plenty of hot water for soaking in the claw foot tub after hiking to the summit of Spencer Butte.

Great location

This property was in a great location for everything we wanted to do surrounding the University of Oregon. We were satisfied with the house, although it is an older style house and the kitchen wasn’t very stocked with kitchen cooking supplies. The beds were moderate regarding comfort. Although there are 4 bedrooms, it’s important to know that there is only 1 full bath. We were glad we didn’t fill the 4 bedrooms because bathroom/shower would have been a challenge.

Great Location, Great Neighborhood

My family and another couple stayed for UofO's parent's weekend and enjoyed our stay. The location is good and not too far from campus and the house was comfortable with ample room for all. Place was clean and communication was great. Thanks much!

Great Location!

We had a great stay. Convenient location in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to amenities for when we needed to stock up. Lots of space inside and out made it great for a family get together.

Family Trip

We stayed here while visiting family in Eugene. This house was perfect for our needs! We had plenty of space to spread out. The loft area is bigger then it looks-the kids loved it! The owners left toys and games for us which kept the kids entertained. The house was clean and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The location was perfect! As other reviewers have mentioned, take a short walk down the alley then down the hill to get to a shopping area. My husband walked a few mornings to get us all coffee! Our kids even enjoyed the neighbor’s sweet cat, who came over everyday for us to pet. We would stay here again!

Comfortable home

We came for our son's graduation. This house was perfect for us. It was comfortable, close to campus which allowed us to invite a couple of friends who came to congratulate our son... just like home.

Super comfortable

This was a perfect house for 4 adults. We didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy the common spaces- we were there for less than 2 days - but the house was very comfortable. It also was conveniently located to the campus and Hayward field.

Runners Retreat

Classic College Hill was the perfect location for Eugene Marathon weekend. The home is in a cute and cozy neighborhood that provides peace and quiet, but is still very accessible to downtown for the race. It's also a short walk (up and down a hill) to trails and a dog park during down time. Everything was clean, organized, and the back deck and fenced-in-yard were perfect for our pup! Communication, check-in, and check-out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.
