West PCB Upscale Home w/ Splash Pool SUPER Close to Beach & Golf Cart

Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We are thrilled to hear that the house, spacious kitchen, gas and charcoal grills, and living room setup worked out so well for your group of friends, and that you enjoyed the convenient beach access. We also want to thank you for bringing the cleanliness details, pest concerns, and downstairs shower issue to our attention. That is certainly not up to our usual standards, and we sincerely apologize for those oversights during your stay. We have shared your comments directly with our housekeeping lead to ensure shower inspections are thorough, dispatched our pest control technician for a preventative treatment, and had our maintenance team address the downstairs shower temperature control.Regarding amenity options, heating features (like pool/hot tub heat) and optional add-ons like golf carts are handled as optional add-on fees so guests only pay for what they choose to use, but we appreciate your feedback on how this is communicated. It was a pleasure hosting your group, and we hope to welcome you all back to the coast for an even smoother stay in the future! Warmly, The Blue Swell Team
