Warren’s place is in an amazing location and has everything needed for a great stay. Really appreciated having a parking spot and access to a washer and dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay here-lovely little place with a pretty back yard, quiet area, close and walkable to the beach and main shopping area. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly too. Highly recommend!

My son and I had a wonderful visit. The house is convenient to everything in Encinitas. We biked a lot and felt safe doing so. The house comes with beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers so it makes for an easy beach vacation. The bed is very comfortable- we slept great! Warren is responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this VRBO and can’t wait to come back!

Everything about the stay and the unit was great. Nice to have parking, and a great tv with YouTube with subscription. The location is perfect. Everything coastal in Encinitas is walkable. Loved this spot and will come back. The only minus is the bed is soft and broken down a bit from people sitting on the side of the bed.

Renters have told me bed is very good, but will keep monitoring. Fully understand that having a comfortable bed is very important to renters and will quickly replace when needed. It is only a few years old and not low end.

Loved the location, a quick walk to the beach and a stroll into downtown Encinitas, The private garden was nice with fruit trees. Location is very quiet at night. Property had everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

Great location just off the 101 and an easy walk to downtown Encinitas. The space was super clean and cozy, and the washer/dryer was such a nice bonus. Our little dog loved having the patio to wander in and out of!

We had a great stay. The location was excellent. The host’s communication was outstanding—clear, prompt, and always available when we had questions. The home was exactly as described and made for a great experience. Highly recommend!

This place was a perfect get-away spot for us. The short walk to the beach and to numerous restaurants meant that we could leave the car parked for most of our vacation. It’s a beautiful spot in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Clean and well equipped. Great hosts!

Our host was welcoming. Called to see if there was anything we needed. The accommodations were clean and very well stocked. It was the perfect size for our weekend getaway. We loved it!

Helpful host and beautiful location!

I had a wonderful stay at the moonlight beach house. Hosts were accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The location is hard to beat! Great food and the beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill

Awesome Encinitas VRBO next to Moonlight Beach
