Its restaurant row offers abundant beachfront dining. Cardiff is home to Seaside Market, VG Donuts, numerous boutiques, shops and local eateries.

Nestled between the cities of Solana Beach and Encinitas it is a short distance to the city of San Diego accessible by the “Coaster” our local train service. The ' Del Mar Race Track” is 3.2 miles south and “Legoland” in Carlsbad is just 8 miles north. The World famous San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park and Sea World are just 30 minutes away. Other attractions such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are just 1.5 hours north.

It has numerous small appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, rice cooker, hand mixer and dinner service for eight. You can cook in or eat out.

The sun deck offers a year round ocean/sunset view that stretches from Oceanside to Torrey Pines. On a clear day you can see the islands off the coast of San Clemente.
