Inside, you will find a fully air-conditioned, bright, and spacious living area with all new comfy high-end furnishings and lots of natural light. Your condo includes large screen smart TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. High-speed internet free WiFi and an enhanced TV sports package make it the perfect fit for movie lovers and sports enthusiasts alike. You will want to take advantage of the fully updated kitchen with all new higher-end appliances to prepare your favorite meal. With your relaxation and comfort in mind, the recently finished (July 2022) renovation included a complete kitchen remodel with all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
