The flat is located on the second floor and is the only unit on property.
Guest should note that toilet paper and paper towels are stocked to get our guests started for their stay.
We recommend they bring additional for their use.

We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.

Perfect mid-winter getaway

This flat/apartment is perfect, exactly as described. Located in the heart of town, convenient to all restaurants and shops. The flat beautifully updated and appointed, and spotlessly clean. We were extremely comfortable and will definitely return.

Frozen pipes with great resolution

We arrived for our second stay at the property only to discover the pipes had frozen and there was no water. Flaneur handled it seamlessly, and moved us to another property in town, the Nauti Hideaway. The new space was fully decorated for Christmas with a great kitchen. We had a lovely Christmas there. My only complaint is that this place is further out of town than we like, but that just meant we got more walking in.

Location, Location, Location!

This was our first trip to St. Michael's, MD and we will absolutely be back. Jennifer's rental couldn't be more convenient right in the center of town on Talbot amongst the shops, restaurants and attractions. Easily walk anywhere! We only used our car once to check out Easton. Clean, all the amenities of home -- thanks so much, we will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful and in the Heart of Everything!

We enjoyed our stay in St. Michael’s at the property very much! Bright, fresh, comfortable, and so conveniently located. We loved being able to step out right into the restaurants and shops… felt like our secret place right in the heart of everything. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Fantastic long weekend

We had an awesome stay in downtown St.Michaels and loved the apartment! Very spacious and everything we needed to cook. Super convenient to all of the shops, restaurants, and absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Jennifer was super helpful and great to work with. Thanks!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming flat in the picturesque town of St. Michael's, Maryland, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. This cozy gem offered everything I could have hoped for and more. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the flat. St Michaels

Beautiful place that is literally around everything - shops, winery, restaurants and docks. Communication was perfect and the place met all our needs. Very clean and well kept. All this made my trip with friends that much more enjoyable.

Perfect Location

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely weekend stay in St. Michael's. This property is located right in the heart of the town and within walking distance to all of the great shops and restaurants the town has to offer. Property was clean and comfortable. Can gladly recommend to anyone looking to stay in town.

Perfect location, very comfortable.

The location of this property is amazing. You have access to everything that St Michaels has to offer. You never have to get in the car. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. We would love to return.

Location location location

We had a great stay at this property! It was in the heart of town, shops and restaurants are literally on the doorstep. The property itself is clean, well equipped, spacious and nicely decorated. The only (slightly) negative is that we were there on a lively Friday and Saturday night and this is located on the main street that runs through town next to a bar which stays open quite late. So if you're looking for a quiet stay this might not be the one for you, but if you don't mind a bit of nighttime noise then this place is pretty much perfect and I would certainly recommend it.

Nice Place in a Good Location

A very convenient location in the center of St. Michaels, an easy walk to the Maritime Museum, restaurants, and shops. Nice living area and kitchen, just be aware that it's on the 2nd floor if you have difficulty with steps. Easy parking immediately behind.

Great place, great location

Very nice flat in the middle of St. Michaels. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Comfy bed and kitchen seemed well stocked even though we didn’t do any cooking. Jennifer was quick to respond to questions and to an issue we had during our stay. We’d love to stay here again next time we come to the area

Perfect

The flat has been newly renovated and is immaculately clean. Everything you would need is supplied and while we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen is pretty well stocked from what I saw. Super convenient as it is on the main street and you can walk everywhere. It was not a problem for us, but the noise on the street can get a little loud late into the evening if you have the windows open as we did but is was usually quiet by midnight. Also not an issue for us but there are steps outside and in. All in all a perfect weekend getaway!

Perfect Spot for a Weekend Getaway

We stayed at Flat 207 for three nights in August (Thurs. - Sun.). The property is seemingly brand new and beautiful styled. The pictures posted here very accurately portray the rental. The location in town is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere in town in 15 minutes or less. And even being right in the middle of everything, it was very, very quiet (which also says a lot about St. Michaels). We also took advantage of the option of renting Wheelie Good Bikes. It was nice to wake up our first morning there and be able to hop right on the bikes for a casual ride. I really enjoyed our weekend in St. Michaels and would recommend Flat 207 to others. It is a great spot for a couple and would work well for a small, young family, too. The living space and kitchen is very open and spacious.

A wonderful time on the Eastern Shore

We loved the location in downtown St. Michael's where we could walk to shops and restaurants. Other attractions like Cambridge, Oxford and the Harriet Tubman sites were easy day trips.

Fantastic

The unit was fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and top of the line interior. It is situated in the heart of St Michaels which allows you to walk everywhere. Jennifer was amazing to work with she is extremely responsive to any and all questions. We are already planning a return trip again. There was nothing overlooked when they stocked the kitchen. I highly recommend working with Jennifer if your planning to visit the area. Thank you for a memorable trip.

Comfortable and perfectly located

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in July 2023. The flat is comfortable, well-stocked and perfectly located in the center of town. We'd definitely stay here again (which is not something I say about most vacation rentals!).
