The flat is located on the second floor and is the only unit on property.
Guest should note that toilet paper and paper towels are stocked to get our guests started for their stay.
We recommend they bring additional for their use.
Sundries are not supplied at this location.

We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.

Perfect mid-winter getaway

This flat/apartment is perfect, exactly as described. Located in the heart of town, convenient to all restaurants and shops. The flat beautifully updated and appointed, and spotlessly clean. We were extremely comfortable and will definitely return.

Perfect Location

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely weekend stay in St. Michael's. This property is located right in the heart of the town and within walking distance to all of the great shops and restaurants the town has to offer. Property was clean and comfortable. Can gladly recommend to anyone looking to stay in town.

Beautiful and in the Heart of Everything!

We enjoyed our stay in St. Michael’s at the property very much! Bright, fresh, comfortable, and so conveniently located. We loved being able to step out right into the restaurants and shops… felt like our secret place right in the heart of everything. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Location, Location, Location!

This was our first trip to St. Michael's, MD and we will absolutely be back. Jennifer's rental couldn't be more convenient right in the center of town on Talbot amongst the shops, restaurants and attractions. Easily walk anywhere! We only used our car once to check out Easton. Clean, all the amenities of home -- thanks so much, we will absolutely stay here again.

Great Place

A wonderful place to stay in the St. Micheals area. The location was great and in walking distance to all the shops. The rental property was so nice and true to the pictures. I recommend this property if you are visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the apartment was recently renovated. It was clean, modern, and bright. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic long weekend

We had an awesome stay in downtown St.Michaels and loved the apartment! Very spacious and everything we needed to cook. Super convenient to all of the shops, restaurants, and absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Jennifer was super helpful and great to work with. Thanks!

A wonderful time on the Eastern Shore

We loved the location in downtown St. Michael's where we could walk to shops and restaurants. Other attractions like Cambridge, Oxford and the Harriet Tubman sites were easy day trips.

St Michaels

Beautiful place that is literally around everything - shops, winery, restaurants and docks. Communication was perfect and the place met all our needs. Very clean and well kept. All this made my trip with friends that much more enjoyable.

Perfect location, very comfortable.

The location of this property is amazing. You have access to everything that St Michaels has to offer. You never have to get in the car. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. We would love to return.

Frozen pipes with great resolution

We arrived for our second stay at the property only to discover the pipes had frozen and there was no water. Flaneur handled it seamlessly, and moved us to another property in town, the Nauti Hideaway. The new space was fully decorated for Christmas with a great kitchen. We had a lovely Christmas there. My only complaint is that this place is further out of town than we like, but that just meant we got more walking in.

Great place in middle of town.

The apartment is right in the middle of town, it takes just a couple minutes to walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. Easy check-in and private parking in the back. Would love to come back and stay again.

Nice Place in a Good Location

A very convenient location in the center of St. Michaels, an easy walk to the Maritime Museum, restaurants, and shops. Nice living area and kitchen, just be aware that it's on the 2nd floor if you have difficulty with steps. Easy parking immediately behind.

Great place, great location

Very nice flat in the middle of St. Michaels. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Comfy bed and kitchen seemed well stocked even though we didn’t do any cooking. Jennifer was quick to respond to questions and to an issue we had during our stay. We’d love to stay here again next time we come to the area

Location location location

We had a great stay at this property! It was in the heart of town, shops and restaurants are literally on the doorstep. The property itself is clean, well equipped, spacious and nicely decorated. The only (slightly) negative is that we were there on a lively Friday and Saturday night and this is located on the main street that runs through town next to a bar which stays open quite late. So if you're looking for a quiet stay this might not be the one for you, but if you don't mind a bit of nighttime noise then this place is pretty much perfect and I would certainly recommend it.

We had an amazing time staying at Flat 207! We loved being able to stay right in the middle of Saint Michaels. Jennifer was very responsive to all our questions. We did discover ants in the apartment in the kitchen area.

Lovely Flat on Talbot.

This Flat is well designed and decorated beautifully. It has charm and has the sense of home away from home. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind after sightseeing in St. Michaels. The location is superb. I took the dog on a walk to the Parks and the Wharf near by from the back lot every day. We also walked to get on the Bike and walkway trail. I could walk out the front and go get a coffee at Sprouts, ice cream or buy a gift. The shops, restaurants are right there. We loved the convenience of being in the center of St. Michaels; and the ease of walking distance to the entire town and Harbor.

Fantastic

The unit was fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and top of the line interior. It is situated in the heart of St Michaels which allows you to walk everywhere. Jennifer was amazing to work with she is extremely responsive to any and all questions. We are already planning a return trip again. There was nothing overlooked when they stocked the kitchen. I highly recommend working with Jennifer if your planning to visit the area. Thank you for a memorable trip.
