Cozy, charming and stylishly furnished apartment, located in the heart of Trastevere, via del Moro 7, on the fifth floor, with elevator.
It has a wonderful terrace with stunning view of Rome.

This NON-SMOKING, tastefully designed apartment, completely renewed, is composed by a light living/dining room with dining table, sofas with convertible beds, main bedroom (queen size bed) with closets and bathroom ensuite, second bedroom with two single beds (or one doublebed) bookcase and window to a balcony , a second bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer. The kitchen is linked to the terrace.
The apartment has a wooden floor throughout. It has double glazing windows in each room.
And a wonderful terrace with an eat out table.

It is one of the oldest and quaint neighborhoods of Rome.

Linked to Piazza Venezia by tram 8 and to Colosseum by bus 271. Piazza Navona and all the baroque Roma is easily reachable by walking and crossing the wonderful Ponte Sisto (bridge) over river Tevere. You will feel really in the heart of Rome and her history.

Wonderful property in the best location with a great balcony. Host was very responsive. Good size space overall, kitchen has everything you need, and air conditioning worked well. Highly recommend.

Check in process was complicated, for anyone that’s traveling and has not navigated the city, at this place you have to check in at a specific time there’s no lock box.There is no parking spot and the recommended parking garage by the host doesn’t open until 7am so if you have an early flight do not park there.Red ants in the unit AC did not work good It’s in a “fun” location but watch out for pick pocketing.Yes a good view

This guest stayed just one night and never got back at our emails or messages regarding an arrival time. Check in time is usually around 2 pm however we always adjust to our clients needs as long as they communicate it to us. In Italy we are not allowed by our law to make self check in and we have to have a person going home to show the apartment and check their docs. This client never comunicate us the time of arrival until late the same day but we somehow manage to send our person. He complained then regarding the parking place where he dropped his car. There is a parking place close to the apt but has nothing to do with us but he did not wanted to pay it. Was not our fault he came with his own car.., We have been very Lucy with guests and met lot of nice people but this one was very rude and unpolite.

We loved our stay! And the location was the best. We had no idea how great the town of Trastevere was… the perfect location. We walked everywhere. All the famous sites were a 30 minute walk so it was easy and inexpensive to get around! Rafaella was an ideal host and very prompt with all her replies. We would absolutely stay here again!

A fantastic apartment in an amazing location. We were able to reach all the sites we wanted on foot and it was lovely to return to Trastevere each day with so many restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Rome.

This was my first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. Raffaella was extremely accommodating and easy to get a hold of. She was everything you want in a host. Benz was great and very helpful as well. I would certainly stay here again.

The listing caption is accurate, views from both patios are amazing. The elevator was a nice and appreciated option. Overall, the apartment felt very relaxed and comfortable. It was so nice to have two real bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen was great, having a gas oven to properly reheat leftovers from the great and varied nearby dining. Also easily and safely walkable to many sites in addition to close supermarkets and a pharmacy directly across the street. The owner remained easy to contact throughout our stay and followed up to make sure we had no issues.

Overall we had a great trip. One tip is to set up WhatsApp on your phone before landing as ours never connected and that made communicating harder. I wish we had received better communication as to how to get into building as there is a code. The person who met us to let us in to the apartment was delayed a bit and being jet lagged it was a little confusing. Try to check in later in the day. Our plane landed an hour earlier at 6:30 and that made it longer before we could check in. The apartment was clean, however it is an old building and has a musty smell. Once you can open the windows that does help. I did not feel safe riding the elevator so be prepared for the long flights of stairs. The air conditioning worked only fair as it kept turning off like a timer was set. It would be great to have a fan to circulate the air. The location was close to many historic sites and restaurants and we always felt safe.

The building is a typical old building like 99% of the building in the center of Rome and the smell is not from the house or the building but just sometimes from outside when it gets very hot like this summer. AC in Italy is not like in the Us. However in the apartment it works perfectly if people use it correctly but sometimes people live it on even when they are out around in the city and then the system might collapse. We never experience problem with it with other guests so far. Not sure why they were afraid of the elevator which is very useful also because many building do not have it and our perfectly does its job😅

We absolutely loved our stay here and would stay again. Raffaella’s communication was excellent at all times, and Benz was so kind to us, letting us in early on a rainy arrival day. The apartment is wonderful in its layout and had most things we needed. Don’t be afraid to look in all the cupboards - we only discovered some things later in our stay (like toilet paper above the microwave)! It could do with some minor improvements - block out blinds in the bedroom would help make it darker for sleeping, and the outdoor furniture is not super comfy, but it was not a deal breaker. The main bed is two singles joined together but this did not worry us as it was ultra comfortable! The location was great for us as we wanted to be out of the city centre but walkable to all the major sites. It was perfect for this. Yes, noisy at night with all the myriad of restaurants and bars around you, but as soon as you close the windows it magically disappears. Felt safe and secure in the apartment. Cant wait to come back!

Location was great. Property owner was very nice. But this does not sleep 6. The pull out couch was very very tiny for adults. Property didn’t have hairdryers or anything else so you will need to bring your own stuff. There was zero hot water! Took a freezing cold shower. Very noisy. Paid a lot for one night didn’t think it was worth it.

Is advertised that the apt has just 2 rooms and 2 bathroom but of course we have a sofa bed in the living room where often some extra guests or kids sleeps. Some group want to pay less and take a small house but then they complain even though they know a sofa bed is not like a third room. Moreover, we gave her all the instruction also regarding the hairdryer but for some reason she did not take them. Nobody Had problem finding them before and we offer basic things such as toilet paper and hand’s soap because for the Italian law we are not allowed to offer food or extra products because of health and security reason.

This is a high energy area with a vibrant night life. There were lots of restaurants and shops but remained close to all the Attractions in Rome. Loved the big balcony. We had a great time. Thanks you Raffaella and Anna Maria!

Host was terrific and handled transportation for us from train station. Apartment is located in a cool little area that got busy in the evenings and offered so many restaurant options. Also short walks to many Rome attractions. Loved just hanging out on the rooftop deck in the evenings.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Trastevere. Just steps from all of the action in Piazza Trillusa, but quiet enough to settle down at night. Communication with the host was excellent too. Highly recommended!
