Really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was immaculate, perfect location. Both beds very comfortable. Only word of caution, one bedroom has very narrow and spiraled staircase leading up and down so those with mobility issues should be aware. Otherwise, loved it!

Lucia is a wonderful host. She greeted us on arrival, showed us the apartment and the fabulous location including a passageway/gate that lands you right in Campo di Fiori. It is a wonderful location - walkable to just about everything. It is air conditioned and near many incredible restaurants/shops and sites. We highly recommend Lucia and her property.

Our family of 4 adults included 1 with mobility scooter (not used in Rome but for cruise--room to store with no problem), was very accommodated. An amazing, gracious host with excellent prompt communication. Provided reliable and excellent recommendations for dining, bakery all very very nearby. Host extended offer to provide transportation pickup from the airport and to the port. She along with her daughter met us at the unit allowed luggage storage while they sanitized apartment and notified us when it was ready. We felt not only truly welcomed as a guest but also very secure, this is an excellent location

Great location, nice apartment that worked reasonably well for two couples. One of the bedrooms is a loft over the main living space, so it can be a little awkward to use the kitchen or living room if someone is sleeping. The other bedroom is small and is accessed via a narrow wooden spiral stairway that creaks. This bedroom also has a window over the interior courtyard which can be noisy as others come and go. In general though, we had a very enjoyable stay

Hi Stephen, your review surprises me a bit! The bedroom overlooking the living room is located on the first floor, and it does overlook the living room, but it's clearly visible in the photos. Buildings in Rome's oldest historic center have unique features. The staircase to the second bedroom, which is small, has an authentic capital on the corner, and a vaulted ceiling. These apartments have a special atmosphere that you have to be able to capture. I can say that you stayed in a place declared a World Heritage Site in 1980, and it was a pleasure to have you, your wife, and your friends as my guests. Thank you so much

Lucia is a fabulous host and is very responsive to any inquiry. The location of the property is phenomenal and close to all attractions. The air conditioning was a bonus due to the especially unseasonable hot weather. Lucia arranged various drivers from the cruise port and to the airport and the experience made us feel special.I would highly recommend this special apartment to all my friends and anyone interested in staying in the heart of the City. I highly recommend and will be back! Thank you Lucia for a wonderful experience.
