Fourteen of us spent an awesome weekend here. The house was huge, with lots of different areas, spacious and very clean. The hosts were very communicative right after we booked, all the way until we checked in and during our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property and the hosts. We would love to come back here again.

This home was a very large and nice house accommodating our 20 guests quite comfortably. The grounds were well maintained. For a summer visit, the yard is tight but the community fire pit was always available and fit us nicely. Plenty of activities in the area and shopping nearby made for a very nice family reunion! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property, especially for a large group. The house is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to gather as well as separate areas to spread out. We especially appreciated the ample dining space, which made it easy for our entire group to enjoy meals together.The location is excellent, with easy access to hiking trails, restaurants, and everything the Lincoln area has to offer. A wine tasting room, a brewery and a coffeehouse are just a short walk (or drive if you must) away.What really stood out, though, was the support from the property management team. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay and made everything very easy for us. Including finding a private chef to deliver catering for our large group.A great house, great location, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing New Hampshire stay

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 11/10 would recommend gave me and my friends a weekend to remember 10-20 minutes away from lots of amazing hiking trails very secluded area in the spring time with no neighbors or other people around.

We had a great weekend here. There was enough space to let the kids play in the basement while the adults enjoyed the living room.

This is a GREAT house. We had a family get together of 18 and this house was the perfect size. Neighborhood is beautiful. The basement has all the bunk rooms and a living room which was perfect for the young adults. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Rooms were comfy and it is so quiet at night! There's a ton to do in the area with plenty of restaurants and a cool brewery called Base Camp. I would most definitely recommend.

Great Fall Vacation spot

This is a great property with plenty of bedrooms, including multiple bunk rooms, open living room space, and kitchen. We will certainly look to rent again in the future.

An amazing time with friends

We had a great time with 20 of us for a 40th bday. The house has plenty of space for every one. Beds were comfy and the area was quiet and safe. Close by is a hiking trail by the river we enjoyed. Would book again!

This large Airy home was very accommodating for our group. Very clean bedrooms is all accessible bathrooms. Easy Walk the Moon Mountain. My only recommendation is there to be a guidebook of some sort in the home for use of all internal devices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Our host was great and promptly answered all of our questions.

Amazing!

It was an awesome day with a big group of family and friends. Everything shown in images are exactly what we found. Looking forward to coming back during the winter time for some ski/snowboarding time. Highly recommend!

Great Lincoln location right on Loon mountain

Our group had a great time! This property was great for 8 adults and a bunch of kids. The kids had run of the downstairs and the adults had the living room area and the upstairs bedrooms. House is stocked with items like games, extra towels/ pillows, spices and the kitchen essentials. Would definitely rent again. Patrick was very responsive and helpful host.

Family reunion

Well located and spacious property. A few nit picky items that were forwarded to the owner. I am sure those items would be fixed prior to a possible next visit.

A fine NH mountain house for big groups

This house is big, with lots of nice rooms for a lot of people. We had 20 in our party, and there was lots of extra room. The property is nice; nice deck. The view is the forest; no mountains, but the forest is nice. It was a bit hot when we stayed; the AC wasn't really working, but it was ok, because the downstairs areas were cool anyway. We would stay here again.

Gorgeous property and great for larger group. Highly recommend in any season, we stayed with a large group of 28 people max and paid extra for it.Communication was a tad scattered since there was a major miscommunication on overall guests but was resolved within a day. There were issues with the basement not having AC and ironing board could not be found and there was no resolution for two days.

Very nice

Property so nice and location is perfect. Near to downtown. Only things , few bulbs were not working but no big deal. on the listing they says linen is not provided but they were provided, it’s awesome.

Must choose for group over 15+ with kids in different age range

If you have a large group of 15+ with kids of all age ranges, this is your place to go to. Kids had a blast looking at the indoor games, bunk beds and the basement TV set up. The place had ample room for everyone and our whole group had a blast. The place also has an awesome trail walks to the leading up to beautiful water view which in fall makes up for a gorgeous view in the morning.

The house had great potential but it is not well maintained. Lots of things were broken or didn’t work, a number of the bedrooms smelled of smoke and caused allergies for some of our group.

Perfect House for a Family Reunion

This was a perfect rental for our annual family reunion as it was spacious and had separate living rooms to hang out in. The deck was a perfect outside area off the kitchen/living room area to hang out. Response time with property management was great. Only major glitch was an issue with the stove which I reported to the property management and they will fix. Also no toaster as listed but they delivered one the second day we were there. All in all we had a lovely time.

Great house steps from Loon

We had a fantastic stay at the Loon Chalet. We went up for a long weekend with several families - plenty of room! Great space downstairs for our kids. The location can't be beat, just steps away from the lift at Loon. Easy ski on ski off. There is also a shuttle that will take you back and forth to the different Loon lodges/peaks. Very convenient. What sets this house apart is the customer service provided by Patrick and his team. Always responsive, gracious, and helpful. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you!
