Wonderful place to stay! Super clean, large accommodations and location was perfect. I would totally recommend the unit and reserve in the future with no hesitation. One of the best ive stayed at! I met an owner and so pleasant. Everything i needed nearby my family.

Great welcoming space for the two of us. I also loved the open floor concept. Was able to watch TV from the bed during a surgery recovery. Host was communicative during our needs.

Quick weekend

This property was nice and just as expected. It is close to Historic Downtown New Port Richey and also close to Tarpon Springs, which was our main destination.

Perfect Location!

This was our first time using Air B&B and it was perfect! Adel was very kind and the house very clean and easily accessible. Very smooth check in and out. Close to everything you need. We recommend going to eat at Seafire Grill right on the water. It was very nice and the food was great!

Comfy cute and clean! Loved every night here! Perfect size for 2 but could sleep more! I will definitely stay here again. As a matter of fact I am coming back here Monday for 2 days.

Get away

The property was in a quiet location and very clean. Only downfall would be the lack of water pressure and hot water temperature in bathroom.

Just enough

This property is perfect for anyone that needs a place to sleep! Accomodations were comfortable. Drive to town is less then a mile. Would I stay here again? Yes

Cozy Place

Overall we had a good experience. The only problem was the water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Also, the water in the kitchen didn't get hot. The pros definitely out weighted the cons, it's a cute, cozy spot to stay.

Convenient

The cottage was cute and suitable for 2 people with basic needs. Would have been nice to have kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid. Would have been nice to have extra towels, especially hand towels and washcloths. Would have been nicer if the air conditioning could have stayed above 78 during the hot Florida days. Would have been nice to be able to do laundry after a 4 night stay. The bathroom was very small and could use a non-slip bath and grab bars. We were there to visit a very sick friend so we didn’t spend all day in the cottage. It was nice to be able to prepare a basic meal and chill out at the end of the day.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. I’m glad the space was a comfortable place to relax during your visit. I’d like to clarify a few things for future guests: the AC is controlled directly by guests, so you're free to set it to your comfort level. While we don’t offer laundry facilities on-site, we do try to provide everything else needed for a short stay. Dish soap is available in the dispenser by the sink, and we always provide the appropriate number of towels based on length of stay and number of guests — but we’re happy to bring extras if asked. Wishing you all the best and thank you again for staying with us during such an important trip.

The property is as described. Its quiet in a quiet neighborhood. The place was not welcoming or inviting upon our arrival. It was dark and very damp smelling. It had an abundance of gnats. We purchased apple cider viner and placed it throughout the space in 6 bowls with dish soap to attract and capture the gnats. The living room furniture had numerous large spots and the storage inside the furniture had spilled furniture inside. The kitchen was inviting and well stocked for food prep. All the amenities were beneficial and appreciated. I shared my concerns with the owner and although, I was assured I would not be held responsible for the uncleanliness, no recourse was offered.
