Cozy, Luxury Mountain Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for our wedding and had 15 people staying. From first walking in the door the property takes your breath away. Our family had the best time running around the house exploring, enjoying the breathtaking backyard, and seeing wildlife! We did a majority of our wedding photos on the property because it was so beautiful! Many morning we saw moose in the front yard & had a fox visit us in the backyard! Everyone had a wonderful, comfortable, and unforgettable stay!

Nice Place, needs some upkeep

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place is a great place with the size, location and finishes. But there are some upkeep items that detract from it being a perfect stay. The snow fence is falling off one of the entrances, a fence rail in the back is broken, the mattresses/box springs all seem to be worn out and the home theater system was aging (though a technician fixed it while we were there and all the DVD’s were missing?). It’s still a great place to stay there’s just some things keeping it from being perfect for the amount of money you’re paying to stay there. I would still consider coming back to stay there again.

Very well stocked with everything we needed. The home theater was a big hit. We had a very large Moose basking in the sun in the front yard.

Gold King Retreat

House is stunningly beautiful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Minor technical glitch with the movie room was quickly remedied by the property management team. We would highly recommend this house for rental.

Perfect home for Family Reunion

This property is larger than appears in photographs. All guests in our party had plenty of space. A few in our party are musical and enjoyed the Steinway piano! It was an added bonus!

Potential to be a 5.0 but falls short on the little things

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic property and location. Great for large groups. We really enjoyed our stay. I would give this a 5.0 rating but all the little things unfortunately total up to 3.8 rating. Late check-in information (after 4:00), not the most clean, some bad mattresses, some repair items needing on the property, and a non-working theatre room (and not much effort to repair it by Pinnacle) take away from the rating. Our experience was still great, but giving constructive feedback would suggest the property and Pinnacle need to be better.

Our 50th wedding anniversary celebration

Overall the property was great. Some minor maintenance issues(lights that barely worked, outlets that won't hold plugs, screens that were ripped or broken, kitchen island garbage disposal we couldn't get to work, two of the three ice makers didn't work), but nothing that make the property undesirable. Great layout allowed our 14 people to be under one roof but also to spread out when some alone or quiet time was needed. Beautiful views. Conveniently located to town. Well appointed kitchen.

Wonderful Place for a Large Family Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the ideal place for 20 extended family members to enjoy a holiday vacation. There are spaces large enough for all to be together, as well as plenty of separate spaces for multiple smaller groups when interests varied.We rented the property for the week after Christmas, including New Year's. That being a peak week, it understandably drew a premium price. Unfortunately, a few minor issues caused it to fall just short of the expected premium experience. A broken knob on the Viking Professional oven made its use difficult. Frames on the downstairs beds were broken. Wall sockets were loose enough that plugs wouldn't stay in. Felt on the poker table was stained and ripped. Nothing major, and if half stars were allowed, the two 4-star ratings would be 4.5's. The management company also responded quickly to our reports and did what they could to repair things in the limited time available.All said, we would rent the property again and would certainly not discourage anyone else looking for a great place to host a large number of people from doing the same. But a small refresh would return the property to its full premium glory.

Family Christmas Getaway

Property was clean, beautuful, and fully equipped. Our family of 14 enjoyed our stay. Andrew was a great help when we had a bathroom issue in one of the rooms. They sent a tech out to evaluate the problem. Our only disappointment was the projector was broken and we did not get to enjoy the theater room, which was a selling feature for the house.

Fall break

Outstanding property, very large open spaces, great for a large group. We were a group of 20, everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen is well suited to feed and serve that large of a group. Loved this property.

Best VRBO in Breck

Every summer I host a small retreat for business owners. And we have stayed at a half-dozen spots over the years, and this was our favorite by far. The house is spacious and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and right next to some hiking trails. And our communication with the hosts was excellent.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home. Pictures are an accurate representation of the house. Our only concern was the lack of air conditioning. We knew this, but the evenings were a little warmer than anticipated. Excluding the air conditioning, the house was perfect location for our family get together.

Great for our family.

This was a great property for family to stay. We had children along and there was plenty of room. The hot tub, theater and pool table were nice when the weather wasn't good for outdoor activities.

Reviewer Comments: Had no hot water and weekend person said we overused but when I explained that only 1 person had taken a hot shower he dismissed me and said to wait a day. I called back soon after and got someone else and a plumber was sent and he fixed the problem . First person said it would cost (them) overtime. Seriously? Also, our son left some of his daughters things and not much was done to get those things for us. Disappointing. Felt there was a laziness and dip not have confidence that things will be taken care of if it’s an inconvenience to the management. The home is outstanding and we had a great time once we got help with water issue. Apparently this happens often with this house, especially in the winter.

60th Wedding Anniversary stay

We had a great week celebrating our parents 60th anniversary. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all 19 of us! Very clean house and well equipped kitchen. We used the hot tub everyday and grilled dinner multiple nights. Fireplace was beautiful and we really enjoyed spending time as a family here. Would recommend this property to everyone. Only negative is house gets very hot so don’t crank up the heat when you get there! Basement stays very warm!

The Best family vacation in years.

Beautiful Large Home - Perfect for big groups

We could not have been more impressed by how beautiful we found this home. The majority of the living space is on one floor and it is EXTREMELY spacious. We were there for Christmas and when we arrived the owner had a tall beautifully decorated tree waiting for us. The kitchen was well-stocked with cook/dishware for our large group, which fit nicely at the large table for 10. The rooms were all comfortable and each had its own bathroom. The lower level contains a movie room and a large bedroom - which we found perfect for our baby granddaughter. There are televisions in every room, so we never used the movie room to watch movies. The primary living space consists of a living room with a large roaring fireplace and massive bar area combined with the dinning room and kitchen - attached to that area is an additional living room where there is a large television available and a room with a beautiful pool table. Just outside the kitchen there is a large hot-tub with plenty of towels. Although the road to the house is windy, the home is actually not that far from the slopes. There is a spot in the neighborhood where you can ski out onto an easy slope (short walk), there's also a free shuttle down the street (short walk), and the home comes with a free shuttle service that is door-to-door. We needed and used a car for groceries and evening pick up, although some of our group used Ubers and had no problem. I can't say enough about how much we loved this home; it truly was the perfect holiday experience.

The only suggestion would be to place a couple of portable A/C units downstairs. It stays quite warm. Still a 5 star rating!
