Amazing views north and west of mountains, a pond with fountain, Vista 3 green and down Cielo 4 fairway.
Formal dining area and eat in kitchen. Views from main bedroom and living room/patio. The Desert Princess community has an affordable 27 hole PGA Championship golf course.
This quiet community is away from the noise yet less than ten minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. Desert Princess has 34 swimming pools, 8 Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Health and Fitness Center.

Desert Princess Country Club is a popular resort with an array of amenities including three 9-hole golf courses, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Fitness Center, Spa, and more (fees apply).
Guests must comply with the City and Desert Princess’ noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations. No outdoor music/broadcast shall be used outside at any time. Music/broadcasts played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10pm to 8 am. Maximum of 2 cars/vehicles. Occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property – Fines are hefty – any fines for non-compliance of these requirements will be paid by the guest (collected through Airbnb)
Transit Occupancy rate – 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID)
