Perfect for our family of 5 and pups!! Thank you for all the personal touches and snacks! The only issue we had was the driveway. An AWD or 4 wheel drive will work best at this house.

Beautiful and cozy home on a very peaceful cove. My large family enjoyed it immensely and wish we had more time.

The property was great. Our family enjoyed our time together, we were very comfortable in the space. The reviews on the driveway are no kidding, it's a little intimidating. The check-in information comes an hour before your arrival which in our case was during travel window and was not able to share it with our other party members until very close to time of arrival. The house had plenty of supplies. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Location is convenient to run into Eureka Springs for dinner.

This house is really nice. Very clean and we had a lot of space. We only had 6 traveling and it seemed huge. Didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. The lake is definitely within view. Sadly, it was really low during our stay. A bit of a steep hill to get there, but worth the kayaks and sitting on shore with my family. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful house with lake access that is great for a couple families traveling together as there are nicely separated areas upstairs and downstairs. However, BEWARE of the extremely steep driveway! We have an AWD van and we were not able to clear the steep grade of the driveway. The other family had a SUV and had less difficulties but did loose traction each time trying to navigate the driveway. We opted to park at the top of the hill and walk everything down to the house. In spite of that, the beautifully appointed house made up for the inconvenience.

We enjoyed out stay at this site. We loved the view of the lake and we had our own private beach with two kayaks. The house was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. However, the driveway is a bit steep but once we drove up it fast on to the gravel road it was fine (do not drive up it slowly as your tires we grab the gravel and spin out).

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location on the lake was perfect, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

A wonderful property to enjoy a family vacation. We had family from different states meet at the property and we all enjoyed the solitude. Easy drive to Rogers and Eureka Springs.

Great spot to stay!

Great place to stay on Beaver Lake. Hotel quality bedding and pillows. Lovely touches with toiletries, towels, tissues, and decorative bedding animals. Nice and clean.

My family and I rented this house for a week. We brought our boat thinking "what a great location being right next to a ramp." The pictures on the VRBO sight never show the top of the driveway, The driveway is a downward slope. The pictures make it look like there is plenty of room to park a boat, but the pictures are deceiving. Had I known this, we would not have rented this house. I called management and all they could say was sorry and we could try calling the marina or local campground to store it. In the end it basically insinuated it was our problem, not theirs. The driveway is so slanted that my families cars scraped underneath them every time we left and arrived. The inside of the house was very nice! It had enough room for everyone, no problem. Also the location was great being close to the water.

Everything was clean and easy. Beds were comfortable! Great for our big family. The only small drawback to be aware of is the VERY steep driveway. It will add to your sense of adventure. Otherwise it was great!

We all had a great time at this property, and would be happy to return. Two things worth mentioning though: 1) as others have said the driveway is very steep. It takes some courage to go both down (to the house) and back up, 2) the instructions for getting in were released an hour before check-in, and we were on the road at the time. So it wasn’t until we parked at the house that we attempted to look at the info, but we all had terrible cell service so couldn’t pull anything up. Fortunately we could at least see the phone number for the management company. We called them to get the door code, and then had to again once inside to get the WiFi info, because it wasn’t on display anywhere and we still couldn’t load the property guide. They picked up quickly both times though and were happy to help. After those initial hurdles, we had nothing but fun.

We had a lovely family vacation at this home. The kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals and serving 12 people. The layout of the house allowed for spreading out on 2 levels and on 2 large porches with multiple TVs. All guests raved about the quality of the bedding and the comfort of the beds. We spent many relaxing hours on the deck by the lake. The lake level was high, so not much “beach” at the shoreline. We recommend water shoes for wading out into the lake for swimming, floating, kayaking. Of note, the path to the lake from the house is rather steep and with loose rocks. The communication with the rental agency was prompt and helpful. Lots of room for multiple cars to park just be aware that the top of the driveway has a very sharp drop ( not that might damage a car, but just worth a heightened awareness!) Overall, this rental was the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has ample space and was very clean we arrived. It is a very peaceful place and I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the deck in the mornings and listening to the birds. We also saw 2 doe and a fawn on the property one morning. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, I definitely recommend!
