Beaver Lake Pool House is located along Highway 12 in the Prairie Creek area east of Rogers. The property offers Beaver Lake views and convenient access to the area’s boating, fishing, hiking, and outdoor recreation.



Prairie Creek Marina and public recreation areas around Beaver Lake are nearby. Downtown Rogers, Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area, restaurants, grocery stores, and other Northwest Arkansas attractions are accessible by car.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is necessary for getting around this part of Rogers. Highway 12 provides access to Prairie Creek Marina, Hobbs State Park, Downtown Rogers, and public recreation areas around Beaver Lake.



Boats and trailers are permitted, but maneuvering can be difficult because the turnaround area is tight and the driveway connects directly to a busy highway. Drivers should use extra caution when entering or leaving the property.



Other Things to Note:

The private pool is typically available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Seasonal dates may vary depending on weather and maintenance conditions.



The property offers Beaver Lake views but does not include lake access. Guests should use designated public access points for boating, swimming, and fishing.



Parking is available for up to five vehicles, and the garage is available for guest use. Boats and trailers are permitted; however, the turnaround is tight and the driveway connects directly to a busy highway.



The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.
