This 3 bed 2 bath camp is going to shock you When you arrive. The renovation is stunning. High end finishes with beautiful design. Very functional and right on the water. Full dock and boat stall. Perfect family getaway. Fire pit is a bonus!

Nice Location

Lovely inside everything very nice. Kinda hard to find since there are no trespassing signs wasn’t sure if I was at correct place.

October 12th weekend

Had a great time and great experience at the waterfront home. Very cozy and really comfortable for us who stayed. Other than tricky driveway to navigate down to get to place, we truly enjoyed the stay.

Peace on the River

A delightful rental to enjoy the peace and calm on False River. This rental is cozy and comfortable, Suggestion is to have drawers and closets for clothes.

Fishing vacation

This is an amazing rental property! It’s spacious cozy and close to everything. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing and cooling off in the lake. It was relaxing and refreshing. We will definitely revisit soon!

A mixed bag of a stay

The house is very clean and redone on the inside and looks nice. Furniture is comfortable and clean. Outside the house and porch and dock and furniture are unusable. Its disgusting and dirty and covered in bird poop... a lot of poop. The driveway is a nightmare and something that definitely should be mentioned. Large trucks will have a nearly impossible time getting in and out of the home. Overall though we got what we paid for. Its a double wide trailer that has been remodled nicely on the inside but the outside will scare away a lot of folks.

Labor Day Get Away

We enjoyed staying on False River, boating & kayaking and spending time with family. Enjoyed the open spaces…kitchen, screen porch and dock. Rode to New Roads in the boat docked and ate at Morels Restaurant. Good times!

Memorial Day Weekend

The inside is immaculate!!! Unfortunately, the screened in porch and dock are filthy!! Cobwebs, spiders, bugs, and bird droppings were everywhere. None of the outdoor furniture was clean. The back of the house needs to be pressure washed inside the screened in area and outside.

Great place to stay!

I was in town for the Louisiana Marathon. The property was well maintained and close enough to downtown Baton Rouge, without having to stay in the city. Loved the kitchen!

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed the property and the precious home. We cooked a thanksgiving meal and hiked in Tunica Falls and Cat Island Wildlife preserve. A wonderful family getaway!

We found a place close to where our oldest son was competing in races held in New Roads. He lives and works in Louisiana so this provided him a place to stay before the race. The kitchen was the best as far as layout and appliances. Great place. Hint on the driveway - easiest way to take the driveway is coming from the south.

A Big Little gem by the water...........

I had my doubts about this home until I step foot inside. OMG, we were pleasantly surprised at how well it was remodeled. Let me tell you that they gave thought into every inch of it, you guys did a great job, it will definitely not be the last time we'll be booking there. Already looking forward to the next time.
