Fabulous apartment. Excellent location to Mayo Clinic and surrounding restaurants and walking trails and park. Outstanding host, communication and equipped with all the amenities. Highly recommend!

We loved the presidential suite! It was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the lighting and the marble floors. The host was responsive and helpful. The garage was an added bonus. We were completely satisfied and felt it was a good value. It was also very convenient to restaurants and retail stores. Thank you for hosting us.

Great Location & Convenient ParkingWe had a nice stay here. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. Having a private garage was a major plus, though it is worth noting that it is on the smaller side—larger vehicles likely won’t fit. Overall, it’s a solid, straightforward place to stay if you're looking for a good location!

The space is nice, but the communication seems to be a big company, not personalized. Telling us about activities past our stay. Trying to get us to buy a 20 parking pass when arriving an hour later was free. Pretty strict rules and we had to bring in their garbage cans from trash day collection.

Great location, house stocked with anything you may need. Clean, cozy home. Nice safety features….outdoor lights, garage, coded door locks. Spacious apartment with comfortably beds, excellent bathrooms.

The luxury king suite was in excellent condition and within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic. The property was located in a very quiet neighborhood. This was great for recovering after surgery.

We have stayed in this building a couple times now and we will definitely be back. Super comfortable beds, very clean, well stocked kitchen, and Yasmine is a great host! Do yourself a favor and book this one!

Wonderful apartment

While we were in Rochester for a surgery, we still enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised and provided everything we needed and much more. Super clean, tastefully furnished throughout with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedding in a great location/ neighborhood. We would stay here again anytime and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Everything was great

Everything was great. I especially appreciated the kitchen appliances and the cleanliness. It felt homey and the host went above and beyond to make it comfortable.

My stay was really awesome at this lovely place. The unit is clean, super modern, easy to access, comes with a garage parking space, etc. I really appreciate the chilled waters in the refrigerator and snacks that were left for us after a long day of travels. Every detail was thought of. I believe this unit sets the bar for vacation rentals. Very beautiful unit.

Mayo Visit

Excellent location within walking distance (0.5 miles to Gonda bldg.) to Mayo. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Property updated and very clean. Pictures are very accurate to actual. Yasmine was very responsive and helpful during ouur stay. Would stay here again.

Great experience

Location was 1 block from St. Mary’s — about a 6 minute walk. Stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was on the main floor. Only 5-6 steps to get in and out. Perfect for families of St. Mary patients. Nice neighborhood.

Great walking location - to hospital. Clinic, downtown

It was new, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to our needs. Loved the location. Could walk to coffee shop, restaurants, clinic, downtown and walking trail/park. All under a mile proximity. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! Kristen

Perfect Location and accommodations for an extended stay close to Mayo and St. Mary's

The apartment was clean, comfortable, welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 28 day stay Comfortable bed, comfy sofa, high definition TV with theater sound system. Covered Garage Parking was super convenient during winter weather conditions. Easy walk to the Mayo Clinic, Saint Mary’s hospital and Mayo clinic downtown. Check-in was super easy. Host was very responsive, very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend staying here, couldn't ask for more. We have already re-booked for another 29 day stay later this year, 5 stars!"

Quiet, very comfortable beds, walk to St. Mary’s hospital

This was just about a perfect stay. Clean, quiet, great beds, nice showers and kitchen. Loved being able to do laundry on site. We were there for daughter getting heart surgery at St. Mary’s; loved that we could easily walk to hospital to visit her. The thermostat was difficult to manage sometimes causing us to be too hot or too cold. A written slip of directions left in the kitchen would be helpful. The description states there is a hot tub. There is not one. Overall a very good experience. Would highly recommend.

Clean

Some rentals note cleanliness- this one proved it. Cancer patient on chemo- this one entity is a must- so thankful for this. It IS walkable to St. Mary's for family ( patients may still need a ride to the door). They were putting in a brand new drive during our stay but this also is huge with the cost of parking at local hotels. Mayo provides discounts at local hotels but you still pay a hefty amount for parking. Washer and dryer are IN HOUSE. Again, hotels offer washing but it's costly and usually hard to get your clothing washed. The kitchen has everything and appliances were clean. Bathrooms have tubs (no walk in showers) but the space is so ample that moving around to help others in/out is very easy. They provided so many little extra's ( toiletries, soaps, BR items, kitchen items) that were so appreciated. This is a gem of a rental- owners are quick to respond to emails and calls. Thanks for the stay and sharing your lovely place- it gave peace at a hard time in our lives.
