Rest & relax in this Beautifully Decorated Coastal Themed 2nd-floor condo in the front of the complex with 2 bedrooms 2 full baths that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This condo is located near marker #3. The brand new décor comes with worry-free furnishings which include linens, new granite counters throughout, galley style kitchen with pantry and clean white appliances, microwave, standard coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware to meet all of your culinary needs. The dining table has seating for 4. The open floorplan has plenty of seating in the living room with 2 couches, a large screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom (BR1) has a Queen size bed, a nightstand, chest, closet, wall-mounted TV. Right outside the room is the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom (BR2) has2 Queen beds, wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity and a walk in shower. Sip your morning coffee on the back balcony overlooking the pool. We had a great stay at this home. Just sad we had to leave earlier than expected because of the weather. Everything met expectations and I will definitely choose to stay here again soon.

The location was great, they had a direct walk to the beach. The only problem was the place wasn't very clean. We spent the first night staying up panic cleaning the sheets once we saw they had hair and dirt in them. There was a used towel still on the bathroom door, and the bed frames and one of the bed's mattress covers were speckled with presumed blood and urine stains. Other than that, it was fine.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

Very comfortable condos. Inviting landscape and amenities. Close to beach. We were one of four families renting in the complex for the week. Everything is great but the beds could use some mattress toppers to soften them up. Otherwise perfect. This condo is one of our favorite places to stay on the island.

Great location

Overall, the condo was clean and comfortable. It's probably a 10 minute walk to the beach although not close enough if you have a lot of beach gear. There's not a lot of options in PortA with direct beach access - this condo is the next best. It's back patio overlooks the pool which is a nice sized pool. What's lacking: it's an older complex and the walls are thin, but inside of condo is in good condition.

Great location and size, but the apartment reeked of mildew and I had a terrible reaction to it. It’s an overwhelming smell of mold. I’m sure that naturally comes along with living by the ocean, but I do feel like it needs to be explained in the listing in case someone like myself has a terrible mold allergy, they can take that into consideration. I messaged the manager and they said they could send cleaners but never responded after that. Cleaners cannot get out that smell. It needs to be clear before people reserve.

company in charge of this property was not very good at all. we had trouble checking in had to get several codes. fist code did not open our room but the room down stairs and there was people in there. I was under the impression we had a down stairs room. All they kept telling me that everything incoherent end showed it to be second floor. I had an 82, 75, 65, and 66 yr. Olds. if I would have seen that I would have asked for a different place. I had to talk to different people every time I called because I would be sent to voice mail. Then yesterday morning a guy came in to spray for bugs. I thought maybe we could get a late checkout to make up for all the aggravation when I talked to one more person last night. Never heard from anyone today so we packed up and left. I will never stay there again. also the people that checked in last night were very loud after 11pm.
