This is a 3 bed, 2 bath, upstairs unit with an ocean view. Sleeps 10 with 4 queen beds and a set of bunk beds. We just doubled the size of the deck. There is a full sized washer / dryer for your use . This condo features a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have large TVs with Netflix. There is Wifi

The complex includes an outdoor pool, playground, basket ball court, and fish house. Boat / trailer parking is available. This condo is within blocks of locally acclaimed Port Aransas restaurants and has a walkway to the beach.

Located steps away from the beach and in Port Aransas, you can relax on the beach, build sand castles, play in the waves, or enjoy nice restaurants and shops around town. Hang out on the balcony with an unobstructed ocean view. When your here, you're on island time, so sit back and enjoy life the easy way, no schedules !! This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. There are 4 queen sized beds and bunk beds. There is a full sized washer / dryer (no detergent supplied) in this unit and all rooms have large TVs with Netflix. Living room has a 65" TV.

The complex includes an outdoor pool, playground, basket ball court, and fish house. Boat / trailer parking is available. This condo is within blocks of locally acclaimed Port Aransas restaurants.

Parking:. There is one spot reserved in front of the unit. There are free spots around and additional parking in the boat parking lot. There are parking passes in the unit. Please leave them on the counter when you leave.

Great place, great location, very responsive host. Would stay here again!!!! The pool access is awesome, private beach access with outdoor shower is a lifesaver, and the distance to coffee waves, great restaurants and shops is unbeatable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The patio was spacious and we loved spending time out there in the evenings when there was shade. The living room furniture was very comfortable. All tvs worked well and the unit stayed very cool! I was happy to be in close proximity to the pool as it made it easier to take quick trips with our toddler. There were plenty of towels and blankets for our family. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. The host was super easy to communicate with. Overall, we will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Port A!

This was the perfect unit for our party of 8 ! My parents had the middle room with queen bed, and the boys got the bunk bed room. My sister, niece and I got the bed with 2 fulls. The living room was a great size, and we liked being able to do our laundry inside the unit. Balcony was large, with great view of the beach. Eleventh St. is so close to downtown and to the beach , it was a great location !!

Great Location. Home layout was awesome! We had a large group & were concerned that we would feel cramped in a condo, but it was actually spacious enough for us. The deck with an ocean view was wonderful.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Just what we needed for a few days. Everyone enjoyed their stay and was able to come back to the place and relax after being out on the beach during the day. Very clean and a great location.

Loved the convenient location of being able to walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and provided a good amount of essentials for our stay. We had to contact the host one day and they were nice and quick to attend to our need. The pool is located directly in front of the condo which is nice and the pool itself was clean and large. This is our second family beach trip staying at this condo and we'll plan on coming back!

Great location

My family has been coming to Sea Isle for years. This was the first year we stayed in this particular condo and it met our needs well. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and easy beach access. We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t speak to that. We would stay here again.

30th bday trip

Centrally located to all the great eateries. Highly recommend Bier Haus at the end of the street & the coffee shop at the end of Avenue J. We rented a golf cart from Peyton’s, super nice people. Be sure to ride over where the ferry leaves to watch the dolphins. Condo was clean & well decorated.

Booking through the app was easy, but communication before check-in was lacking. We never received the usual welcome message or detailed check-in instructions. When we arrived, the address led us to a condo complex with multiple lettered buildings and numbered units, but none of that information was provided with the address. The main office was closed, so we had to call to find our unit, and I was disappointed by the response that the alpha and unit number is “just a reference”, which made it seem like we should have known where to go.I also wish the listing had been more transparent that this was a second-floor condo with neighboring units. Traveling with small children, I likely would have chosen a different property.The condo looked clean at first, but we found a roach in the bathroom, used coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, popcorn on one bedroom floor, rust stains on the older refrigerator, and a bent back storm door that wouldn't close completely.The beach access was convenient, and having two refrigerators was a plus. Overall, the condo met our basic needs, but better communication, a more accurate listing, and more thorough cleaning would have made for a much better stay.

That view tho

Really nice and comfy. We were 2 families that stayed with 4 children. Everyone slept without worries. It was clean, the sofas were in good shape and the table was nice a big. The location is where it's at! We loved the pool and had fun surfing and building Sandcastles through the day. The beach was clean and the boardwalk was perfect. I spent my mornings enjoying coffee with friends overlooking the dunes and listening to the waves.

I recently retired. I love to build, remodel, make things better. One of my plans was to start making and selling some of my decorations and furniture. My husband had other ideas for mine and his talents and time. We remodeled this condo, along with one of our kids, with our own hands, except where licensed professionals were required. I made some of the art work, the dining room table, end tables and coffee table. We are very pleased with the results. We are hands on owners. We appreciate the feedback renters give and try to make improvements where possible.

We have been renting in this complex for about 5 years. We bring our 4 kids and have a blast. My husband has been pining after an ocean view unit for a while. When this unit came available he told me he was going to buy it. I thought he was joking, but 30 days later we closed on it. We came down and spent some time putting this place back to better than it was before the hurricane. Yes I saw this one before. The complex itself is better, the units are better, and the owners are just as great as they always were. We are Port A Strong.
