Enjoy the wildlife around the property, quail, dove, hummingbirds, roadrunners, rabbits and much more. Automatic gates at the entrance to the rental. A key fob is in the rental for your use to open and close the automatic gates from your vehicle while you're enjoying your stay. Scenic views, come see the gorilla on Black Mountain. 2 miles to convenient shopping, golf and casinos. Welcome Home!

The home is wonderful and the host is extraordinary! The directions were perfect, the home as advertised, and the host provided excellent care. It was a perfect stay for our family. Well cared for, roomy, private, and in the midst of the desert beauty. We plan on returning when we come back to Tucson. It is also ideally locatated for exploring1

Great place, amazing location, stay, and host!

The place was amazing with a very well equipped kitchen. It has great views and a very calm feeling to it. The thoughtful touches made staying there a blast. We had family come over and our nieces (aged 2 and 5) loved playing on the swing and walking around the house. Would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend staying here.

Couldn't have picked a better place

I loved the house. Loved the location. Was everything I was looking for. House was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Clean, comfortable place. Close to where you want to go yet feels like you are in a neighborhood. Leroy is a very gracious host. Offered us fresh oranges and grapefruits from his trees! would stay here again in a second!

Great home in Tucson

It was perfect for my family! It was very comfortable and had everything we could want with some nice extra touches. We’ll definitely stay here again if I bring my 85 year old dad back to the Gem and Mineral shows. 😊

Best host we ever had.

Great views from even in the house, any room. Cool desert yard with great mountain views all around the house. Comfortable furniture, nice beds, large rooms. We look forward to being there again.

Living the high life in South Tuscon

Leroy is the best vacation landlord I have ever worked with. Although not the best neighborhood in Tuscon, property is secure and very comfortable.

Wildlife Bonanza

Very nice place as we have traveled together for the past 13 yrs!!!! Leroy was one of the kindest person you could meet and opened his homes for anything you could ask!!! Overall one of the best VRBO rentals we have had. Thanks Leroy we will be back

Family time

We really enjoyed our time here & the home was just as described! Very clean & well stocked with everything needed in the bathrooms, bedrooms & kitchen. Leroy, the host, is very considerate & kind! He will do everything he can to make your stay enjoyable!

Tucson Visit

The house was very clean. Appreciated having a large TV in the living room and one in every bedroom. The property manager, Leroy, was fantastic.

Great place to access the Desert Museum and Saguaro Monument.

Clean, very spacious home. Rabbits, quail, roadrunners and other birds on the premises. Located on the edge of town and semi-rural. Good security with gated entry and good lighting. Interesting host who has done a fantastic job of learning to live in the desert. Would come again.

Peaceful jewel

We had the most peaceful weekend at a beautiful rental home in Tucson, Arizona. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The owner was incredibly kind and allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which made a big difference. The home had everything we needed and so much more—it truly felt like a home away from home. When my family came to visit, they couldn’t stop complimenting how gorgeous and comfortable the space was. Aside from a small hiccup with the gate, everything went smoothly. It was the perfect, soul-soothing escape.

Nice secluded comfortable place!

It was a perfect arrangement for our group. One couple had a bedroom, the other adult a bedroom and of course the teenager got a room for themselves. Nice open living area was great, plus a spacious kitchen with plenty of room to work... and all the utensils that you need in a kitchen. Parking was plentiful and private. Our outstanding host Leroy was there to answer any questions we had and made sure we well accommodated. Highly recommended by our whole group.
