COMMUNITY AMENITIES:

The house is in a newly developed community. You’ll have access to two community areas during your stay:

Community Area 1: Heated pool (scheduled from Nov-Mar), splash pad, picnic area, playground.

Community Area 2: Non-heated pool, pickleball courts (paddles and balls are provided).

Please keep track of the pool key - there is a $45 fee to replace it if lost.


EV-FRIENDLY:

This property includes a Level 2 EV charger with a standard J1772 connector. You're welcome to use the charger during your stay.
Tesla drivers: please bring your own adapter.
