Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. Right next to the "Jersey Shore House" & other attractions. This unit (unit #1) is beautifully renovated and is now available.

Don’t waste time to waiting on line to get beach badges. 4 beach badges ($40 per day savings) are included for your convenience and enjoyment. Children 11 and under are free to enjoy the beach.

*** The space ***
No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

*** Added Entertainment
Roku Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports, Stars & Showtime) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix or Amazon Prime account.

*** Outdoor Space
A private porch is available for your enjoyment.

*** Build with comfort in mind
Newly installed Mini Split air conditioning and heating system.

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access.

*** Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with one parking space on premises (No aggravation on where to find parking during peak season) .
Additional parking is available at near by parking lots. Street meter parking is also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting. A new code will be generated for every new guest check-in.

Other things to note:
If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property or nearby that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels for beach use.

We do not have dishwasher in the unit. However, plates, bowls, mugs and utensils will be washed and sanitized prior to new guests arrival. Guests are required to wash their own dishes during their stay.

Please follow our house rule so all guests can enjoy their vacation. Thank you and welcome to our beach house.

My family had a wonderful stay. Excellent location, easy check in, clean. I enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch and watching the people come visit the Jersey Shore house. Also included beach passes and had an outdoor shower.

The condo was ultra convenient to the boardwalk with only a quick walk through the parking lot. Having a dedicated parking space was amazing for that area. The condo was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The two bedrooms worked great for our family. We loved everything about the condo. I do warm though that the owner of the Shore Store is extremely volatile and has no compassion for anyone, which we leaned first hand when we parked on sidewalk to unload. Mind you we were 3 women (1 pregnant, 1 elderly and 1 recovering from spinal surgery) and a child just unloading not parking. Other than that, we loved our visit.

Very nice clean place …exactly as described. Location was a little loud for my husband and I but my teenage son absolutely loved the location. It’s near everything.

Seaside Heights Aug 8-11

Had a great stay here! Location could not be better, right on the boardwalk & beach for our family of four. Communication was great, place was perfect. Nice to have beach badges, linens, everything a kitchen needed, etc all included.

The property was clean. Not only was it very comfortable it was very convenient. The owners were onpoint with their description, the location was excellent and i would absolutely stay there again.

Weekend get away

We loved the beach house , I stayed with my husband and my parents , they absolutely loved, the house has everything you could need , excellent location the boardwalk is right next to the house ,the beach is just a few steps , the host were very nice and kind, fast checking , very convenient . We will be coming back 😊

Perfect Weekender

Perfect little weekend away with a friend and our teens. Great location just steps to boardwalk and beach. Host was incredibly responsive which made our whole stay effortless from start to finish. We had kitchen, home basics and fresh linens. We had a wonderful time. We would go back!

Summer weekend Seaside

We rented two units and this property is conveniently located right off the boardwalk and met our needs wonderfully for a quick weekend getaway when we were in NJ visiting family. I would rent these again! Thank you so much!

A lot of fun!

Wonderful place literally near the boardwalk. There is so much to do! Definitely worth the stay . We had a blast and would do it again.. Thank u! Oh and by the way the show Jersey shore was filmed the house next door.. Awesome..

Convenient location - short distance to the beach. Excellent and timely communication with the owners. Quiet and efficient mini-split AC units (a huge plus because sometimes AC units can be noisy). Somewhat busy street but still very quiet inside. Comfortable beds.

Absolutely Perfect

Our family stayed from a Thursday-Monday and everything was perfect. The location is worth a million dollars. And did I mention that the Jersey shore house is right next door. We loved to sit on the porch and watch everyone stop and take pictures in front of the shore house. So everything about our trip was perfect.

Always want a property by the beach. Great Location right off the boardwalk and beach.

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. No extra parking fee. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurant are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
