Welcome to Nihilani on Kauai's Lush North Shore. As a guest in this charming townhome, you will enjoy the privacy of two lovely lanais, two separate living areas (with a coffee bar/kitchenette in the downstairs living space), two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a two car garage and lots of beach gear including snorkel equipment, a surf board, kayak, boogie boards, stand up paddle boards, and bicycles. This comfy townhome is perfect for two couples traveling together, or a family with children who like to have their own space! You are steps away from restaurants, shops, groceries, golf, tennis, exercise equipment, and a walk/bike path that runs along the golf course with amazing views of the mountains, palm trees, and the beautiful blue ocean.

The host was wonderful, flexible, and had great recommendations! The home was beautiful, clean, and the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in! We made use of the bikes as well as the snorkel gear and gear bag. But they had paddle boards, coolers, beach chairs, and a bunch of other items that are so nice to have when traveling! The location was perfect and near some really great hike-to snorkel spots. Highly recommend to anyone staying on the island!

Condo was excellent and exactly as pictured. Host was very communicative and proactive. A ton of beach equipment was available for use in the garage— it made our beach days so much better. Thank you, Andrea. We can’t wait to stay again!!

This was the best-equipped and furnished condo that we have ever stayed in.....and we have rented many via Vrbo. The furnishings and decor were exceptional. I felt like we were staying in a friend's home. The host and a local person were available for almost immediate contact if we had any questions. Tons of sports and beach equipment were there for our use. We would love to return to this specific unit the next time we visit this beautiful part of Hawaii.

Pictures do not do this place justice! It is aesthetically stunning, tasteful, and beautiful, a real sanctuary and perfect home base. We rode bikes to Hideaways and Pu'u Poa Beach to swim with turtles and Foodland is also very close and convenient. There are also several food trucks within walking distance. Princeville is perfectly located in between Kilauea and Hanalei. Andrea is a gem of a hostess. Very grateful to find this place. MAHALO

The home was lovely. Very well equipped with sports, beach, and pool equipment. Even three bikes and helmets to use. Great TV plan so we could easily follow stateside Stanley Cup playoffs. Community pool was lovely with several BBQ grillls and kitchen area. Andrea was fabulous to deal with on everything.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Kauai. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very relaxing for our family. We especially enjoyed the chocolate waiting for us when we arrived — such a thoughtful touch. The snorkeling gear and beach chairs were also greatly appreciated and made exploring the island much easier and more enjoyable.The location is amazing — close to 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay and surrounded by a very upscale, beautiful area. There were also great food trucks nearby, and it was an excellent location for exploring the Na Pali Coast and the north shore of Kauai. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kauai.

Great townhouse in a great location

We had a fantastic time in Kauai and the house was a perfect home base for our Christmas vacation. Very clean and new and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the island. A great place and I highly recommend it!

Best stay possible!

It was our first family vacation with our 9 month old daughter and the place was so well stocked with everything we needed for our family. The place was so clean and updated and having the separate upstairs and downstairs living was awesome as we brought my mom and she was able to have her own space when she wanted. Would stay here again and again.

Amazing Princeville Property

Great family condo

Great place for our family of 4. Very nice and clean. We especially loved using the SUPs, bikes, beach chairs etc from the garage!

Perfect place to stay

Princeville Kaua’i

Staying in Kaua’i on the north shore in Princeville was the BEST! The Vrbo had everything we needed for beach days and we loved the location. The Condo was clean with plenty of supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Kauai paradise

The location was absolutely perfect, and the rental was spotless. Very easy check-in. It had everything we needed, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the North Shore of Kauai!

Very thoughtful property. It was super warm and comfortable. It had all the kitchen, home/stay amenities, and fun accessories needed for our stay - and then some. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Wonderful time in Kauai

We stayed in this exceptional townhouse for 9 days. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. We have no complaints. Thankful that the owners would share their slice of paradise with us.

Great condo in Princeville

This was a wonderful find - a beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, well-located and comfortable place to stay on the north shore of Kauai. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and the price was surprisingly affordable. We can’t wait to return - it was a wonderful, peaceful vacation during troubled times. Thank you!

I was a psychology professor in Texas for 30 years and I retired in 2018. I love to travel, but I enjoy spending as much time in Kauai and with my grandchildren as possible.
