Your Home Away From Home
Enjoy our newly renovated coastal town home. Serene coastal colors
surrounded by wall-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening to the private patio area, flooding the space with natural light. We have created an allergen-free environment, meaning no carpet, feather pillows or down comforters.

Relax watching the 70inch flat screen TV from a brand new sofa and love seat which also converts to a queen size bed for additional sleeping.

Fully stocked open gourmet kitchen, A Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full size refrigerator with ice maker with filtration water system.

Farm house dining table sitting six and (2) bar stools in kitchen area.

Spectacular views - sitting back with the family on our private patio B.B.Q area. Stargazing with a glass of wine on our comfy rocking chairs.

There is also a powder room located on the first floor.

On the second level enjoy the privacy of your own king size master bedroom flat screen television, jetted tub with rainfall shower head.

Guest bedroom includes two XL long twin beds, flat screen television and a private bathroom.

Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, fresh towels, bathroom amenities which includes, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Our Town Home is in a gated community which offers a 24-hour front desk service and a 24-hour convenient store.

The onsite restaurant/bar offers patio seating, overlooking the beautiful landscaping and water views. Fully stocked bar and delicious Pizza.

There is a community swimming pool, kiddie pool and a hot tub surrounded by a public grilling areas and picnic tables.

Coin operated laundry facilities are also available on the property.

Great for family

Loved that the location is close to all park attractions and shopping. Also great perk of having transportation to Disney world helpful with saving costs on parking although makes for a long day in the sun but nonetheless an amazing perk. Very nice home and great for family would definitely love to book again if planning another trip around this area :)

Great location to Convention Center !

This clean unit was 3 mile from convention center, depending on traffic each day we were at convention center in 10 - 18 minutes, super easy route. Super close to Sea World. Gated community and no trouble with gate entry or condo entry with all our coming & goings. Disney was 20 - 30 minutes depending on the time of day/traffic. We did use the laundry facilities which is in the next building and easy to access, do bring quarters 3/load. The pool was relaxing area to sit in the evening.

Family getting together

Check-in and out is very easy, rooms are clear, property manager Christ is prompt to respond if any any questions. The location is good for everything. If they can add two additional chairs would be the perfect.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay which was for the weekend. The place was just as pictured and described. Loved the tub in the bedroom, you just got out of bed and got straight in. It was like a hot tub really big and deep. Our unit was at the end which was convenient for parking and unloading items.

Clean and comfortable

Our family came together for a weekend and we were all happy with the rental. It was exactly as advertised. Clean, well appointed and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Check in was easy and both the owner and management staff was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for families

This was located close to what we had planned in Orlando. It was clean and easy to check in. It was nice to have two separate beds for the kids. Communication was great! We would definitely stay again when we come back to Orlando.

Orlando Condo stay

The condo was clean and very nice. Just like the pictures. It is in a apartment style hotel complex and is the only buikding at the end that is a renovated condo. No one bothered us abd is was very ckose to SeaWorld and the Orlando Convention Center

Great apartment near Discovery Cove

We were visiting Orlando for a birthday trip to Discovery Cove. The townhouse is clean , spacious and well appointed. There were lots of clean fluffy towels. As other reviewers noted, there is construction of a new development directly behind the unit, although we get up early and it didn’t affect our stay. The dishwasher is in need of cleaning/ replacing and the kitchen sink is missing it’s strainer. The master bedroom shower is a large step to get in and out. This was not a problem for us but would be if you had mobility issues. Would definitely stay again if visiting that area of Orlando.

Good Location

This was our second year staying in this condo and it suited our families needs well. The place is clean and well appointed with everything a family would need. Our event was at the Orange County Convention Center and it was an easy drive for us to and from the center. My chief complaint is the construction going on right outside the patio doors from 7AM to 8PM most days. I wish I would have been informed about that prior to my arrival. Also there was a limo parked right behind the designated spot for this condo that made it difficult for us to get in and out of our parking space. I recommend moving the limo back a car length or moving it elsewhere. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Very Comfortable 2-day Stay While Visiting SeaWorld

Would we stay here again? Yes! It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for our family of 4. And cheaper than the hotels we were looking at. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but we only stayed 2 nights so that wasn't an issue for us. We didn't use the kitchen appliances but we had plenty of plates, cups and utensils to use. The 2 downstairs sinks were slow to drain but not a big deal. The living room ceiling fan remote was missing but again, not a big deal. The only downside to this unit is the shower/tub combo in the master, its just weird and awkward to get in and out of. If you have bad knees, you'll need a step stool to get into this shower. We could see SeaWorld in the distance from the back patio but the furniture was too dirty to enjoy. We would have liked to try out the pool, but we didn't have time. I loved the coastal décor in this unit. There was plenty of clean towels for our 2 day stay and the beds were comfortable with decent pillows. I'm really glad we found this little Orlando gem.

Great stay in a great location for tourists

Our family (from Denmark) have travelled to Florida approx 13 times so far. We all agreed that this was the best location so far in/near Orlando that we have been to. (“Near” to us with regards to Orlando includes Orlando/Kissimmee/Davenport.) We chose this house due to its near distance to Discovery Cove/SeaWorld. As a bonus this means that the location is very near one of the Simon outlet centers that is also a must-go for us, and - of course since our 3 children are all 19+ - it is a bonus that Universal is also close. We went for the Halloween Horror Nights, and it is - of course - nice that to have such a short ride home late at night. About the premises; The description was correct, and - to a bit - an understatement. Everything was in order. Nice, clean and tastefull. Nothing bad to say about this place. The host had obviously made the extra effort to include the small things that just makes it “Home” for the duration of your holiday. For instance a great variety of spices and a good mix of different sorts of ready-to-make-coffee. (And a good coffeemachine it was indeed 😉). The beds, the linen etc was all very comfortable. We did not meet staffmembers that much during our stay, but when we did, they were obviously very attentive. (For instance - One of the fastest check-ins and check-outs I have experienced so far.) I would get rid off the glasstable in front of the tv though. It has a sharp edge, and I accidently cut my leg going by it.

Nice house near Disney parks

Overall the vacation house is perfect for my family 4 people. The location is good. It is very clean.Only one small issue they should fix. The master room shower has only warm water, not hot enough. The other shower is too hot, very low cold water. Some problem on the water valve.Overall, I like this house very much.

Discovery cove trip

4 of us stayed at this location to visit discovery cove. We stayed 2 nights. The beds were very comfy, there is a tv in each bedroom, the kitchen is stocked with supplies and the location is very close to discovery cove and sea world. The cons is that there is a few cosmetic issues, the living room seems smaller in person and we had no hot water during our stay. The property owner said he would have maintenance fix the hot water situation. If you want to be close to sea world or discovery cove this is a great spot. It was cold during our stay so we did not check out the pool.

Great location and property for family

The property has al the commodities we needed. It was very clean and it has a perfect location. You have all parks, restaurants and everything you could need just minutes away. We had a minor issue but Chris answered and resolved it as soon as he could. Definitely recommend this place and would love to stat here when we come back. It was a great place for our first family trip with the kids to Orlando. Thanks Chris.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. We got to Florida a lot earlier than check in Chris was able to let us check in a few hours earlier. Very clean, quiet and spacious home.

Everything just fine

The house as it was shown online, everything we needed for our 12 Day vacation. Very nice, warm Pool. Close to SeaWorld. Nice staff. Would totally recommend the accommodation.
