House was exactly as described. Comfortable modern furniture and beds. Ample space and seating for our group of seven. Clean hot tub and great spaces for kids and adults to separate and relax. Located conveniently between our two destinations of Estes Park and Denver. Comfortable suburban neighborhood with nice free neighborhood pool and nearby rec center with minimal day fee.

Beautiful home with everything we needed. And lots of room for all 6 of us. Easy to move in for a week and the kitchen area was big enough for several people to enjoy the meal prep and serving area. This place can accommodate 8 people very easily. It’s in the middle of all the things you can visit and enjoy. Breweries, shops, parks ect.

The house was very clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of nine (four adults and five children). The house was well stocked with linens and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The back porch was perfect for enjoying the cool evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home.The location was excellent; centrally located with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and nearby communities. It was the perfect base for exploring the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Frederick area. A beautiful home full of all amenities and more nestled in a quiet remote neighborhood central to many of Colorado's gems. The host was also extremely kind, responsive, and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

This was the perfect location for our family to gather while visiting relatives in the area. The home provided plenty of privacy for everyone, yet offered wonderful spaces for us to spend time together. It was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed—paper products, cookware, linens, and more.KT was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions right away. The available garage was a huge bonus during snowy weather, and the hot tub added a relaxing touch to our stay.We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!

The property had everything we needed for our stay. We had an issue at checkin due to a technical issue but it was resolved and we were able to access the property. The host checked in with us to make sure our needs were met.

Colorado trip

This house is beautiful, clean, well stocked & with lots of room. 6 of us were very comfortable here. It's situated in a nice neighborhood & we enjoyed our stay immensely. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding in Lyons

Our family came to celebrate our son’s wedding in Lyons and this was a perfect location and accommodations for our family including two grandchildren. Great neighborhood with a park. It had all the amenities needed for our stay.
