We were a group of five who stayed one night after a 7 days of hiking Rocky Mtn National Park. The home was clean with a well appointed kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised that coffee, sugar and several spices were available for our use. Highly recommend.

Place was clean and had what we needed. The only complaint I’d say was lighting could be better.It was close to walking paths, parks,and shopping/restuarants.

The house was nice with a fenced in back yard. It was located within walking distance of a huge dog park. We ran into some issues with our trip planning and the host was amazing. They were very understanding, helpful and worked with us. Overall a wonderful experience

Nice place to stay

Quiet neighborhood and comfortable place to stay. Dog friendly with fenced back yard. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and will reserve again next time we visit Longmont.

Wonderful long-term stay

My 8yo and I stayed at this property throughout the month of June. The house was perfect. Close to downtown Longmont and easily accessible to Boulder, Lyons, and Fort Collins. Michelle was a responsive host who made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood was quiet and property was as described. Already planning my next trip back.

Beautiful home that was perfect for our stay! We were getting married in Lyons during the week we were there. This was the perfect home base. I hosted the Hair and Makeup for my bridesmaids at the home. There was plenty of space and very easy to get around. Love this place and the hosts were so helpful and so so sweet. Cannot recommend this home enough!

Clean, quiet, and nice

We had a great experience staying at this house. Great communications from the host and the property is clean and well-stocked. The neighborhood is quiet, appears safe, and we had no concerns with going for early morning/evening walks.

Wonderful stay

The location of this property was perfect for us- easy drives to Denver, Boulder and Estes Park! The house was a great size for our family of 5. It was very clean and well stocked. The check in and out process couldn’t have been easier. Thanks for a fantastic experience!!

Overall, the stay was clean and worked well for our family, but the communication with the property manager was very poor. Responses were very delayed. The grill was not cleaned annd grease was overflowing from the grease pan, and the propane tank was left empty. There were no check-out instructions provided. It was also very challenging to open the front door with the keypad.

Trip

Clean, and cool. So nice to have a cool place to return to after spending a day in the hot sun. The amenities and usefull items was supper. Anything and everything we needed was there. Recommend this place to anyone that is staying in the area.

Snowy Thanksgiving

We took this house to relieve Thanksgiving stress on our Longmont relatives. The beds are comfortable and the showers were great. Our grandson and little dog enjoyed the backyard. The living room worked well for all of us to hang out. I would rent again.

Adorable. Had everything we needed. Was sent the wrong key code in email. Host sent me the correct one. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Easy access to shopping and resturaunts. Could have used some dish soap and microwave makes a loud funny sound. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Sadly, due to health issues I didn’t make it, but my son did and said it was fantastic! Michelle is a wonderful host, very communicative, zero complaints. Highly recommend!

Girls Night

The house was clean and easy to access. We used the house for a girls sleepover! When we checked in we did notice a few stains on one of the chairs in the living room and the grass in the front and backyard was overgrown. Otherwise, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The microwave was a little old and outdated, but it served its purpose for the night. Overall, it was a fine stay.

Nice trip

Home looks small from outside but very roomy inside. Very cutely decorated. Host was quick to respond to questions. One day major wind storm came in So the games provided kept us laughing and entertained. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Couch was comfy, kitchen well stocked. Only thing was the king bed was very hard. But some may like that. Other than that it met all our needs.
