Luxury townhouse is located in the peaceful Historic Snowbridge community. Snowbridge is a 2 minute drive, 20 minute walk or a quick shuttle ride to the heart of Blue Mountain Village where you will find the ski hills, restaurants, shops and more.

Snowbridge offers a free shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village, an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months, and beautiful walking trails with views of Blue Mountain for guests to use during their stay.

The Space:
This newly built and spacious townhome sleeps 8 people and features 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3.5 baths. The home has a finished basement with bathroom, family room and ping pong table. A fun hangout for the entire family. A garage to store your ski gear during your stay. Plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy your vacation in Blue Mountain.

The kitchen is stocked, with a Keurig, 12 cup coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Plenty of dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils, cooking oil, spices, salt and pepper. You will have everything you need to prep a meal. The open concept main floor allows you to cook and enjoy your company at the same time. There are two 55” Smart TVs. One in the living area and one in the basement family room. Netflix and Roger’s Ignite TV is available on both. Sonos speakers are located in the living room and master bedroom. Great for streaming your favourite radio stations, podcasts and music services such as Spotify.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Historic Snowbridge community surrounded by walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course, stunning homes and views of Blue Mountain. There is an Outdoor Seasonal Pool to use in the summer which is within a 2 minute walk from the condo.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for this location. There is a designated driveway for your car and a visitor parking lot for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.

The Village at Blue Mountain is a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the property. Within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.

Other Things to Note:
Exterior Cameras located on the front of the home.

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
