Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Seahawk Suite 303 is located in the middle of the building on the third floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

Location is awesome on the beach with short walk to shops and restaurants! I just wish the bathroom was updated since it’s the only bathroom in the condo. Also there was no hair dryer which is a small amenity but big inconvenience for the price we paid! Also need more hooks to hang towels.

Nice, smaller, but still comfortable, condo with views of the ocean. Unit was clean. Nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Unit has 2 parking spaces, which was nice when our UNCW student came over to visit.

CONDO WAS AS LISTED. THE KITCHEN DID NOT HAVE STORAGE CONTAINERS FOR CUT UP VEGETABLES, FRUIT, LEFTOVERS. THERE ARE NO BIG BOWLS FOR SALAD, POPCORN, ETC. COULD USE A COUPLE MORE COFFEE CUPS. THERE IS NO VOLUME CONTROL ON TV IN BEDROOM. NEEDS A LOT MORE LIGHTING IN DINING AREA, LIVING ROOM FOR AFTER THE SUN GOES DOWN. WE THROUGHLY ENJOYED OUT STAY! LOCATION WAS GREAT!

Great time in Writesville

Property was as described and was clean. Short walk to the beach. No lighting over dining table, no dresser in bedroom and no wastebasket in bathroom were negatives. Otherwise very enjoyable.

Clean, Safe & Close to the Beach

This was our 2nd time staying at this complex. The condos are clean, neat and feel safe - you need a code to enter the building and a code to get into your condo. It comes with parking, is on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. There are some little aspects that should be changed to uplevel the property - like provide hangers in the closets, provide a place for your luggage, have usable chairs and a table on the balcony.

Great location

The condo was nice and what we expected, W/D is always a plus. The location is excellent, and the beach was beautiful and right by the life guard station which is great. Upon arrival our phone number code did not work, we had to use the lock box. It was dark and we had a flashlight, one of the keys was on the threshold to the unit, NOT in the lockbox. No hangers in the closet is a first for me at any place we have stayed. Dollar store helped with that issue. The last comment is that there was a prepackaged food kit and an Amazon package, by the elevator in the entrance for our entire stay. Someone should at least trash the food and be kind to contact Amazon regarding the package. I know this is not the units issue, but an issue with the condo association.

I was disappointed the place looks nicer than it is

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all u think it should be noted that the bunk bed are in the foyer of the unit. I did see that the sq footage was around 700 something- but I think it could be in the description as it is misleading. Secondly the bathroom is gross. There should not be mildew/ mold on the shower curtain. And the bathroom smells. There is also a mold issue in the unit. It smells like mold. Please take a look at the ac vent in the kitchen and bathroom. It is gross. I paid way too much to be in a place that has not been maintained well. Very disappointing bc the location is great. I hope this feedback helps the next guest have a better stay . I would have called to complain when I got there- but I am a single mom and I brought my son there. I knew I wouldn’t get my money back so I made it work and stayed at a friends place when I could-

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was as described and communication with the host was quick and easy. We loved being able to park 2 cars under the building, especially in an area where parking can be difficult to find! The location is so fun with great restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. We woke once because of outside noise but it was July 4 weekend, so not a great surprise. In general, we found the activity around the condo to be appropriate for the location. I would agree with other reviewers that it would be nice to have some more clothes hangers left in the bedroom closet and bedside tables and lamps would also be really helpful. But even with those minor drawbacks, the place was great and we would definitely go back.
