What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the opportunity it provides for both relaxation and adventure. The serene riverside setting offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and recharge. At the same time, the abundance of activities in the surrounding area keeps you engaged and entertained. Whether you're exploring nature trails, trying out local restaurants, or participating in water sports and fishing on the river, there's always something new and exciting to experience. This blend of tranquility and excitement is what makes this property truly special and appealing.
Please note:
We do not allow people outside the reservation to the property. If you say you have a party of 4 it must be no more than 4 people at the property. More guests are welcome for a fee of $45 per person per night. No more than 8 guests.
Please don't request if you're planning a party.
Pet fee is $100 per pet for the entirety of your stay.

We had a wonderful time here. The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the river and kayak immensely and my boys couldn't get enough of the swing. Thanks so much for such a wonderful place to have our vacation.

The house was beautifully furnished and had pretty much everything we needed. We used the hot tub and loved it. We didn't spend a lot of time there because we were attending a family event in Binghamton. The bedrooms were very comfortable with good mattresses.

I would have given 4.5 stars if I could have instead of 4. Our disappointment was with the sunroom - that was the main selling point of the house and where we wanted to spend all of our time but it was hot with no cross breeze - only 5 of the 12 windows had screens and the screens were in bad shape. On the plus side, all the beds and furniture were very comfortable, it was very clean except the outdoor table and chairs and communication with Jess was excellent. We would definitely come back in cooler weather. River view was awesome. I recommend unlike us you bring napkins, paper towels, tinfoil/parchment paper, and paper plates. If not, there are dollar stores very close. Trains didn’t bother us.

The property was lovely and very peaceful. The house was so nicely decorated - it felt cozy and chic! We’re really into cooking so it was nice have a kitchen that was well equipped. It was the perfect quiet getaway we were looking for!

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. They really thought of every detail to make you feel at home. The beds were comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view out our windows. I wished we could have stayed longer and plan to return!

Perfect space for a weekend girls trip. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, working hot tub. One issue which was remedied immediately and also received a refund. Host and housekeeping more than accommodating. I would stay again.

We had such a great experience at Rivers Edge. The place was spotless and well kept and incredibly well organized. The kitchen was stocked and organized and usable (a first). The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would gladly stay again.

"Tranquil" is spot on!
