The house was really nice, it had everything we needed and the lake was beautiful. . The staircase to the bedrooms is challenging for our age but we managed it with no issues. I highly recommend this place.

Loved our time on the lake. Access to kayaks and SUP and the raft were a dream. And our kiddos thought the Ship’s Ladder as a stairway was the best part. We will definitely be back.

The cottage and the lake were quaint and the weather was better than expected. There is not a lot close by so we prepared to make our meals, but the appliances needed some cleaning before we could use them. Be prepared for the ladder to the second floor-it is steep.

Nice property. Very clean. Nice large deck overlooking the lake. Easy access to the lake. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms could be a challenge to older or mobility limit guests. Overall great experience and would stay there again.

Very relaxing on quiet end of lake . House has everything you need and is very comfortable . Beautiful porches upstairs and down with comfy furniture to relax on .

Another great stay at Kirkwood Cottage

3rd time we brought the family here, and planning on more.Cottage is wonderful and nicely clean. Year-over-year upgrades to the property are lovely.

Mother/Daughter get-a-way!

The property was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of Laurel Lake. My daughter and I had so much fun hiking in nearbybSalt Springs State Park and enjoyed quiet nights back at the cabin

We have been visiting friends on Laurel Lake for over 19 years, and the location of this home was perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful view while having our morning coffee and lunch while sitting around the round table. The dock was in excellent shape, and we enjoyed doing yoga on the dock in the morning. The owner was responsive to all of our text messages.

A nice little getaway

For a small getaway for my boyfriend’s birthday. Short weekend, but a nice weekend. Stairs to go upstairs were a little steeper than what we anticipated, but, still a great place
