Lovely Laurel Lake setting with family cottage. Directly on the water with great views, perfect for a family vacation.
The space
Lakeside cottage on Laurel Lake in Brackney PA. Friendly community, conveniently located 15 minutes from Binghamton NY and 25 minutes to SUNY Binghamton but in the heart of nature. Great swimming in a warm lake with fishing , kayaking, paddle boating and hiking are all activities available. There is a fire pit available for campfires and s”mores.
Guest access
The entire cottage, yard and dock are for your private use.

Very comfortable, homey lake cottage with an incredible lake view. Coffee on the dock and great sunsets. Comfy beds and nice space.

Great space! Clean and beautiful view. We liked being only 20–30 minutes from a store and we also enjoyed a visit to the Lakeview Inn for cocktails and steamed clams!

The property was exactly like it was described and the pictures were accurate. Views were beautiful, it was quiet and comfortable. There were a lot of bugs and spiders because of its proximity to the water.

We returned again for a short get-away to 'chill out' at relaxing Laurel Lake. The lake was very quiet and peaceful. There were several kayakers and paddle boarders out on the lake, and we enjoyed using the two kayaks provided with the cottage. It is a beautiful setting to kayak, enjoy the water, and just relax both outside and inside. The cottage is very clean and welcoming. We would definitely return again in the future.

The cottage was cozy, clean, and well- appointed with kitchen supplies. The lawn and dock are in excellent condition. We appreciated the use of the two kayaks to explore the lake. We had a very relaxing stay in a beautiful location. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful Property & Views

The first word out of my mouth when I walked into this house was "Wow!", because you're immediately presented with a picture window view of the lake. My family really had a wonderful time relaxing, fishing, swimming and spending time together. The deck is nice sized.

We had a wonderful time staying here! A very family friendly place.We loved that it was right on the lake & there were kayaks & a paddle boat for use. The lake was beautiful & the window looking out to the water was awesome to wake up to! The cottage was very neat & clean and equipped with just about anything you’d reach for if you were home. That was so appreciated and made our stay very comfortable. The owners were friendly & accommodating, making our stay an overall enjoyable one!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Laurel Lake. We’d definitely recommend this place for a two family or large family stay. Beautiful lake views and quaint lake cottage. A few things could be attended to on the property. We will be back!
