The apartment is located in the heart of Teton Village, which is a small collection of luxury hotels and condos situated around the main gondola up to the ski slopes. During the summer time, it turns into a home base for hikers and visitors like us. The apartment was very clean and large for a family of 4. There are shops and restaurants in the village but the town of Jackson is only 15-20 min away (very lively). Every morning we would watch the sunrise from the huge wrap around balcony with our coffees, what a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Springs! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Teton Village, which offers a great variety of dining and activities. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Inside, the suite was very well-equipped. A few quick things to note for future guests: the indoor furniture wasn't very comfortable for us (though comfort is subjective), and the patio furniture was also uncomfortable and needed a good cleaning due to bird droppings. Additionally, the coffee maker didn't have any pods, and we couldn't find them for sale at the local village store. The 1,000.00 fee from VRBO for this rental was excessive. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend it!

Great location and beautiful condo. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Teton village. Great set up for a two couples or a family. Would definitely stay here again! Very clean and close to shopping, dining and easy access to everything we wanted to do.

Great condo

We had a great long weekend at Crystal Springs. The condo is beautiful, and the location cannot be beat — steps from the tram.

Great location!

We loved the property and it was situated close to everything you would need. The only recommendation I would give is change the mattresses to a more comfortable ones. Overall, we had a great time and so enjoyed our stay.

Grand teton

Overall we enjoyed the condo. It was nice. It would have better if the road to Moose wasn’t closed for construction.

Great spot!

Great property and location is unbelievable. Check in process was streamlined and easy. Great spot to park your car in garage which makes getting around easy without fighting for a spot in the crowded lot. Super clean and well appointed…property manager was super quick with responses to any questions. Definitely will stay here again

Sweet condo!

Overall our stay in the condo was great! Had everything we needed. Nicely decorated, without being overly done! We were out and about, busy with sightseeing and tired! So when we headed back each evening, it was so nice to feel comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Jackson Hole is God. All other mountains tremble before it’s might.

Loved the condo location. It needs some renovations, rewiring and a new HVAC system. We loved the condo space. Perfect spot for a ski vacation at Jackson Hole. Broken jacuzzi was a major bummer, but the host said he’ll compensate us with a 10% discount. (Still waiting on that). If they fix the heating system and wiring, I’d gladly stay there again!

The best review headline we've seen! Thank you for the feedback and the reminder. We have issued the refund. The Jacuzzi was not the problem specifically--the jets work, but the drain does not so we had to ask guests to not use it. We are unaware of any wiring issues and none were reported but we will certainly send our team up to assess it as this could cause a hazard. The HVAC was addressed on your departure date. We look forward to seeing you in the future.

Beautiful Teton Village Condo

This was a very nice condo that is well laid out for a ski vacation. All of the furnishings in the condo are very nice. The condo has a nice underground garage to make parking easier. During our visit in September we had to use "Wyoming Air Conditioning" which worked well in cooling off the unit in the evening. However, we were regularly awakened throughout the night by car horns from the parking lot for the adjacent hotel and restaurants that are right below the balcony for the Master bedroom. I've rented many places thru VRBO, but this place has the most complicated check-in process I've experienced. I had to stop by their office to get a packet with a remote for the garage and codes to the doors to access the building. However, that packet did not have the code to the door of the condo. I found that buried in a link in a text they had sent a couple of days before our arrival. While trying to find the code I called the office and left a message on their after hours line. I also left a message on the VRBO app. Both were not returned by the property manager during our 3 day trip. If I was visiting again outside of the summer months I'd consider staying here again, but would recommend the property manager look at reducing the complexity of the process to enter the property, and follow up on their visitor communication process.

Unfortunately, this property has a secure underground garage as well as a locked elevator lobby which makes it more complicated than most. We are sorry these aspects didn't go well for you. It's a nice property and we think it's worth the effort.
