Great place! Close to everything we wanted to see. It was clean, well stocked and we loved the upper porch. The host was quick to respond to a question we had and even offered to come trouble shoot something for us. Would for sure stay again!

We loved our stay here! Darla was amazing and very responsive. The house was super clean and well stocked. Walking distance to downtown! We would stay here again for sure!

Darla was a gracious host! Clean, organized and everything thing we needed for a quick trip to Raleigh. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again.

The entire property was wonderful! Walkable to the downtown area. A adorable small outdoor area to sit outside. Wonderful extras! And Darla was extremely responsive! We will definitely stay again!

The location was excellent for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and a very easy walk in and out of Downtown Raleigh. The house was well equipped with most essentials and Walmart was a very easy drive to get snacks and other items we wanted to have on hand. We will definitely be keeping this place on our list of returns.

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as described and was super clean when we checked in. The house is very well stocked and the beds were all very comfy. Darla was quick to respond to our questions and provided lots of helpful suggestions about nearby restaurants.The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay at the Urban Escape again.

Out of all my VRBO stays, this was the absolute best. The property, decor, and ease of contacting Darla was impeccable. And her attention to detail was above and beyond. We will return in 2027 if avaliable.

This home is impeccably clean, charming and well appointed, and overall a delightful place to stay. Light and bright, usable kitchen, comfortable beds, comfy couches, room for everyone.... it was just right. Darla's communications, suggestions and information were on point and timely. Definitely recommend!

I love that this neighborhood is super close to downtown Raleigh! Just a 1/2 mile walk and you're in the middle of everything that's happening! I love that there are three outdoor spaces to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail.

This home is perfect for friends and family to gather together in the downstairs open floorplan and then retreat to their own comfortable bedrooms with brand new Avacado mattresses for a cozy night's sleep. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare a wonderful meal to share around the dining table that seats six. The living room has plenty of room for everyone and a coffee table large enough to spread out a (provided) puzzle for everyone to work on!
