Welcome to our beautiful VRBO! Drive down a long, spacious driveway that leads to our charming home. You'll find convenient storage bins to store your belongings and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, and spices you need to whip up your favorite meals.

The open kitchen layout flows into the cozy living room, complete with a 65-inch TV loaded with Netflix and Disney+ for your entertainment pleasure. Step out onto the spacious deck to unwind with friends and family while enjoying backyard games like corn hole, grilling up a storm on the BBQ pit, or snuggling around the bond fire pit.

Really cute, well thought out house! Plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was really nice. We appreciated the fans in every room and the easy check out process.

Quiet and comfortable property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and we loved all the details left by the owner. Well stocked kitchen and quiet neighborhood. Overall a great stay.

Cute sta in quiet neighborhoods

House was great. All the amenities as listed. The train along the back gate was noisy but livable. We were aware of it and only there really to sleep so no complaints.

Great Stay

Very spacious home. Was cute and clean. Host was very accommodating by allowing our dog at the last minute. Would definitely stay here again.

One night stay

This was a great little house to stay in for out of town work. The train is close but not horrible. The beds were very comfortable and place was clean.

Heart of San Marcos

Great Staying

It was our first family vacation here at San Marcos the property here it’s close to a lot of stores and beautiful views it was really wonderful. This house haves a big porch and we enjoyed staying there and having family moments. We really had a fun and good stay here. Thank you.
