This home has been a special part of our family’s journey since we bought it in 2016. For eight years, it served as a home-away-from-home for our friends and family attending Texas State University. With two generations of proud Bobcat graduates in our family, our connection to San Marcos and the university runs deep.

From tubing down the crystal-clear river to discovering local eateries and shops, there’s something here for everyone.
