Perfect location! Right on the beach. Great outdoor space. Perfect for couples or family. Wish I had known (or read more carefully): must take your own beach towels, two bedrooms do not have tvs,

The property was nice until we used the hot tub then we had roaches everywhere crawling on the walls and countertops and all over the house. The front door knob had to be replaced. One bathroom sink didn’t drain. The outdoor shower to rinse off didn’t work. The outside hose and spicket barely worked to rinse things off.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yellow Rose. The house was well designed for our group of 5 adults and a baby, but could have accommodated many more, with plenty of shared space for relaxing both inside and outside on the deck. The largest room is set up to accommodate 8 people but is mostly bunk beds so would be best suited for families/kids. The location is great...right on the gulf and close to High Island and Bolivar Peninsula birding spots...and away from the more densely populated parts of the peninsula. Lovely and relaxing.

Beach house!

We absolutely loved staying at your house! It was a perfect beach home. Clean big and plenty of room for our party of 11. We would have enjoyed a bigger table for card games at night but we made do on the breakfast bar!!

Beautiful location, steps from the beach, hardly anyone around. We enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond when there wasn't a grill. He found it and brought it back the next morning, it was a charcoal grill. The floors could use updating, as there are several boards needing repairs. The kitchen is well stocked and had a small roll of paper towel and dish soap. The showers and tubs were clean and nice, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. The beds were comfy. There was only a tv in the living room with DirecTV and a tv in the primary bedroom with I believe a fire stick. The hot tub on the deck was nice. The wood chairs on the deck and down below were all nice. It was helpful having the gate at the top of the stairs to keep a dog/children safe. For our stay, there wasn't any beach gear, so bring all your stuff including beach towels. Bolivar is building a new fishing pier fairly close (walking distance) to this house that will open later this year, just fyi.

Location is spectacular

The location could not be any better - the view is amazing. The house was well appointed and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay

Can’t wait to go back! The rental was in a beautiful location, very well maintained and stocked with everything we needed to cook, hangout, and relax while watching the ocean.

Steps from the beach!

We loved being so close to the beach and we also enjoyed the wonderful deck! The living room has plenty of seating so we were all able to hang out and enjoy time together!

Other than the unit is clean and complete with their amenities ( kitchen, laundry bathroom) the big + factor is the location which is beachfront.. So relaxing that kids stayed the whole day in the shore.

We all loved the beach house! It was on the beach, clean, beautiful, spacious and all the amenities we needed. Beds very comfortable, awesome deck, plenty of parking space. I would recommend this beach house to everyone😁❤️

Spring Break

We greatly enjoyed our stay for spring break! We missed the busy weeks and basically had the beach to ourselves. The house was very clean and the deck had gorgeous views. We locked ourselves out one day and they were quick to come help. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay!

We had a group of 11. Plenty of room and everything was just as advertised. Right on the beach, and great sunsets from the balcony. We will return!
