This is a beautiful home in a great location. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the necessities and then some. Thank you, Octavio!

Beautiful home! Can’t say nothing but great things about the property. It had everything we needed, beds are comfy, toilet in master luxurious, kitchen had everything, host responded immediately when we had questions. A must! I am keeping it in my favorites. Hopefully we get to use it again when we come back for a tournament.

Was exactly as photos and information given. Being able to park in the garage was a plus. Octavio was awesome.. always in communication and came through to fix the garbage disposal same day.

AMAZING FARM HOUSE

Absolutely amazing place. Octiva was beyond helpful. The house was spotless with everything available you could need. Close proximity to shopping and golf. Very nice neighborhood.Beds were very comfortable. We hope we can return.

Perfect location

We just spent two days in Las Cruces at this lovely property and had a great visit. The home is really lovely as good or better than the photos and is in a very easy to reach location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Las cruces get away

The house was really clean and well supplied (even some kids games and books!) The towels were super soft and the beds had plenty of pillows and blankets. The neighborhood was quiet and our kids loved the little free library down the street. We had a wonderful visit and like other reviewers mentioned, communication with the owner was great!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, modern farmhouse decorating, Spa feel in bathrooms, kitchen is very spacious with lots of counter space. Upgraded appliances, luxurious bedrooms including mattresses and the backyard very relaxing…. Hoping to rent it again in the near future!!!!

Graduation oasis

We were in town for my nephew's graduation from NMSU. My family of 3 and my parents enjoyed the comfort and relaxation of this beautiful home in between festivities. In adoring we were able to have a few family members come over for a cook out and enjoy the lovely weather! Communication was excellent, seamless check in and out, she went above and beyond. We loved it!!! Highly recommend this home!!

New house with luxury finishes

You will not find any hotel in the Las Cruces area as luxurious as this house. It was a true home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen, all new appliances, granite counters. We enjoyed the master suite with king bed, en-suite bath, and giant walk-in closet. Each evening we relaxed in the comfortable living room watching the giant TV. The check-in process was smooth. The neighborhood is new and quiet. It was a great experience and we would gladly stay there again.

Farmhouse Home w/ 3 BR - March, 2025

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. We absolutely love it. We have family in the neighborhood within walking distance, so that is really the primary reason we chose to stay here. However, the house is beautiful, extremely clean, and has all the necessary conveniences anyone would ever need. We definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Lovely House

We absolutely loved our stay at the Farmhouse w/ 3 Bdr. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, the bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the TV worked great. Very happy!

Farmhouse Las Cruces

Well maintained, beautiful accommodation, very up to date decor. The area was beautiful and very safe for us to take daily walks. Close to attractions-just a short drive, centrally located for all our excursions. We would recommend staying here.

The Perfect Place

Girls Weekend

Great Stay

This property is located in one of the newest communities on the growing East Mesa area of Las Cruces. In close proximity to Hwy 70, schools, shopping, dining, golfing, hiking trails, and the beautiful New Mexico outdoors.

House details:

-Fully equipped kitchen.

-Living room includes a sofa and love seat recliners and a 75" TV. You will also find entertaining books, and lots of gameboards.

-The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a hybrid mattress, and a 58" TV.
-The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a hybrid mattress and a 50" TV,
-The third bedroom has a twin size trundle bed with 2 mattresses and a 43" TV and a desk.

There are two bathrooms total:
-Master bathroom includes two sinks, a shower, a private toilet and a walk-in closet.
-The second bathroom includes a bathtub.

-Washer and Dryer are available inside the house.

-The property also contains a two car garage.

-The private patio has a propane grill, a dining table for 4, an area of turf and 4 fire pit chairs.

A 5 minute walk to Rincon Hills Big park.

At 1.4 Miles (4 minute drive approx.) you will find the following: Dutch Bros Coffee, Walmart, Walgreens, Wendy’s, Arby’s, Panda Express, Murphy Express Gas station.

At 2 Miles (5 minute drive approx.) you will find the following: Popeyes Chicken, Jack in the Box, The Game Sport Grill, Fitness One, Rare Tea Sonoma Ranch, Big O Tires, Burger King, Subway.

Highway 70 is really close: take it to the East if you would like to visit White Sands National Monument, or take it to the West and go to Downtown Las Cruces, Farmers Market and Old Mesilla.
