The main floor features an open floor plan with an inviting living room, a comfortable dining area, and a cozy seating area adjacent to the kitchen. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favorite shows on the TV. Your meals can take place in the six-person dining area. The gorgeous and newly renovated open kitchen with a fireplace awaits. Find a fantastic quartz center island and counters with seating for all of you plus a dining area. Prepare delicious cocktails and mocktails thanks to the built-in bar area.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic Stay at the Blue Angel's Nest

My family of 6 came to Annapolis for our retirement ceremony and loved this property. It was immaculate, perfectly located (if you don't have/need a car), and gave us access to all the things we wanted to do and see with minimal trval time. The owners clearly care very much for the property, and have done a fantastic job updating it even in the historic district. Any renter should be aware - if you have difficulty with stairs, the master is on the 3rd floor, so there's come climbing to do.

great spot

This house is just perfect. We stayed here for our wedding weekend with some of our bridal party and it just couldn't be more perfect or in the best possible location. I also had a guest with an allergy and the local contact (Danette) was so helpful and great to chat with.

Amazing!!

We loved this place! Well appointed and tastefully decorated. Parking garage (Noah Hillman) is only a block so very convenient. We will definately stay here again!!

Comfortable stay in great location!

This house is really cute and clean! It has everything you need to cook and host a big family. Booked this stay for 3 nights for a bachelorette party of 8 and we were all very comfortable. Plenty of seating area and location was great!

Very nice home in very convenient location

Historic property but very well updated, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 with en suites and other 2 share a bathroom. Comfortable living room and dining area. Nice backyard if weather is nice. Super location just a short walk to where Main Street meets the Annapolis waterfront. Only caution is older visitors and small children may have challenge with old and steep staircases to second and third floors.

Great location but slippery stairs

The location was perfect and very clean, the door handle on the 1/2 bath kept coming off. The stairs outside to the back yard were every slippery when raining. 2 of the girls fell down the whole flight and have bruised backs and arms

Disappointed

The interior needs painting and better upkeep. Twice our family got stuck in the half bathroom for extended period of time because knob falling off. Even after my husband tried with his own tools to fix. It’s June and the backyard looks like it still needs a fall cleanup we had to go back home and get our own leaf blower.

Weekend Getaway

The home was comfy and provided generous spaces to relax. The location is a short walk to shops and restaurants We has a couple significant issues during our stay. Response time from the property management group was extremely slow. The problems were not corrected prior to our departure

25th USNA Reunion

The house was amazing, plenty of space for three couples, and the updates were really well done. The location can not be beat, quick walk down Green Street to downtown. The only minor downside is parking with the closest garage under construction. We will definitely look book again the next time we are in town. Many thanks!

Annual getaway with old college friends

The house was very clean and well equipped. Location is great, a very short walk to the pier and the naval academy . Beautiful home! Would definitely stay there again!

Blue Angel’s Nest

We had a great time at the Blue Angel’s Nest! The communication was super easy and quick. The house looks exactly like the photos. The place was super clean, very spacious and everything you would need. The location was perfect. Would absolutely recommend to stay there AND we will stay there again!

Incredibly Comfortable Home! November 2021

Incredibly comfortable and well-appointed home! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and found all the utensils we needed The beds, pillows and towels were wonderful and with great gathering spaces for the family Very clean and close to town, so great for walking and small shopping trips and meals. Great Location! December 2020

We stayed at this property to get our family a change of scenery while still following public health guidelines related to COVID-19. The house was extremely clean and well-equipped for our stay. The location is prefect to walk anywhere. We were able to park our car and not use it again until it was time to leave. I highly recommend this property for a stay in downtown Annapolis. Gorgeous Home! October 2019

Amazing location! October 2019

Amazing location if you are attending the the boat show - it takes 2 minutes to walk to the show site. House is beautiful, clean and well prepared for the guests. It has all the things you might need, and backyard is giving an edge to the whole experience. Great beds in each bedroom, in the kitchen you will be able to find all the things you might need such as spices etc. At Home - Annapolis preformed outstandingly and overall experience was amazing! Absolute delight! August 2019
