Be prepared to be impressed with this exquisite and meticulously cleaned and maintained home. We invite you to stay with us for a wonderful and easy-going experience during your time in beautiful Annapolis.
This home underwent a total renovation in the summer of 2017 with an open floor plan, amenity loaded kitchen and pantry. Features four bedrooms with comfortable furniture and beds, a spacious living room, separate TV/play room, private fenced-in backyard & fully furnished patio and a front porch with seating.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was perfectly located for USNA graduation and Laura was an amazing host- always responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend booking this home and we will for sure stay here again in the future.

Amazing place to stay! Very clean and has everything you need! Beds are comfortable! Plenty of space for families and friends to gather inside and outside! Close to downtown we highly recommend this home and will stay again

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The location was great, and the house was incredibly clean. It was just the right size for our group of 7, and the backyard area was an ideal place to hang out and relax. We will definitely try to book here again for any future Annapolis visits!

This is a great, spacious house with an excellent property manager Laura. It’s walkable to USNA Gate 1 in less than 20 minutes, which makes it ideal for visiting Navy families. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of room for cooking. We unfortunately experienced an issue that required a repair but no service provider was available. The property manager was extremely accommodating, helpful, and responsive throughout the issue even though it could not be resolved for the bulk of our stay. Best features: ample living space, nice backyard, walking distance to shops/food/sights but a little removed from town, comfy couches and beds, nice and plentiful towels. Superb property manager. Downsides: the house has a parking spot but you really need to back into it as reversing into traffic can be dicey. Kitchen amenities are ok but not plentiful for a house in this price range. We’ve stayed in this house twice and would return again. Especially recommend for families who want downtown Annapolis access but a little more room to spread out.

Amazing Stay

This house is so cute and comfortable. Everything was perfect and better than described. It is within walking distance of some delicious restaurants. Our host was amazing and answered all questions very quickly.

What an AMAZING beautiful home - the set up is great, the backyard is just wonderful - parking was a challenge with 3 cars - but we were able to use the street parking to the left of the house. We walked to everything all weekend - would definitely stay again.

Awesome house & better location

My husband and I attended a wedding in town for the weekend and this house was perfect for our needs. Quick walk to restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome place

Great location! Beautifully furnished! I stayed here for a month and loved it. The property manager is awesome. Responds to requests within minutes. Book it you won’t be disappointed!
