Fantastic Stay

We have been taking beach vacations for over 45 years and this is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. The house was so clean, the welcome bag was a nice touch. Loved having the hot tub, even in the middle of the summer. The pool is perfect with part of it in the shade. We just love it! Already booked a week for next summer.

Great House with all the amenities

We’ve been to St. George Island many times, but this house has been our favorite! The check in process was very easy, and the property management group was very easy to reach and communicate with for questions. The house is stocked with almost every supply you’d need for a great day at the beach! An added bonus was the fabulous pool and hot tub for us to warm up during a slightly chilly week. We also loved the special touch of the welcome bag. We will definitely be rebooking for our next stay!

Front Row Center AMAZING!

Everything we needed for our family vacation of 3 kiddos, 1 teen, 10 adults, and our two fur babies. Loved the convenience of two refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers and of course, the elevator for luggage & groceries. The stocked kitchen was perfect for our nightly cooking dinners of fresh seafood. Thanks for an amazing week at Front Row Center!

Beautiful home and great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of this house was perfect for us and was absolutely beautiful. I would have loved to have given it 5 stars BUT it has two dishwashers that simply don’t work well and we ended up having to wash the majority of the dishes by hand. Personally, I don’t like wash dishing at home especially not when I’m on vacation cooking for a big family.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 14 ene. 2025
Thank you for your review. We're sorry about the dishwashers not working properly during your stay. We have informed the owner of the trouble, and they have scheduled the left-side dishwasher to be replaced on January 17th, rather than try to repair it again. The right-side dishwasher is working properly now. Besides that, we’re glad you enjoyed this property, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Front Row Center fall trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front Row Center is a unique home with all the bells and whistles. Elevator was life changing for unpacking the car. Also, my elderly dog loved it! The doors are a bit noisy on it, but the ride smooth and quiet. All amenities worked like a charm, beds comfortable, and decor top notch. GCVP was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!! Be aware, one of the K bedrooms on main floor does not have a dresser, only end tables with drawers. Closets small, but adequate. Water filtration system, and on demand hot water was great!

Front Row Center for the WIN!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely amazing stay at Front Row Center. Plenty of space and room for the dogs. Everything has been thought of and it's a beautiful home. My grandfather used to rent a house for a week every year when we were kids and it was a time we always looked forward to. It's many years later by St. George still holds the magic for us. I'm hoping to make this a yearly trip for us in his memory. I also have to say that Gulf Coast Vacation Properties is amazing, specifically McKenzie and Kara. We will definitely rent with them again and if possible, it will be Front Row Center. This house is in the perfect location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Needless to say, we did not want to leave!!

Awesome family vacation house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front Row Center is the perfect house for a family getaway to the beach. All the rooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. But the real gem is the Kitchen and living area. Very large and the most well stocked kitchen of any home rental I have ever experienced. They even provide you with a spice package for cooking, towels and sunscreen for the beach and beach chairs your whole crew can use. We had a professional chef come in to cook a special dinner and even he complimented the Kitchen! For outdoor fun...the beach is right out your back door and the pool is perfect for a cool dip in the late afternoon. We would definitely come back again!!
