Hi there, We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We're so sorry for the experience you had with the pool heat and for not receiving a response on Friday of your vacation. Each time that you reached out to us regarding the pool heat (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), we contacted the pool company to let them know that you guys didn't think that it was working. Turns out, the pool heat wasn't on when you guys arrived and it takes a bit to heat to the set temperature, so we refunded you $200 (3 days' worth). The reason we didn't compensate you for the entire week is because the pool tech told us that the pool heat was working fine once turned on and beings the outside temperature got below 60 degrees, the pool heat shuts off and starts back up once the outside temp is over 60 degrees, which we then reiterated to you. The tech never told us that there was an issue with the heater and that it wasn't working. Again, we are so very sorry for the experience with the pool heater, and we would like to offer you 10% off of your next stay we have the opportunity to host you again in the future. -GCVP
