(#9) Is a newly remodeled boutique family cabin. Features 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, stone fireplace and Smart TV with Roku. The Master Bedroom has a Queen, the Second bedroom has a Queen. The living-room has 2 sofa beds and 1 King bed. Fits 8!

No hot water in the bathroom sink and only warm water in the kitchen sink which takes forever to get warm & it doesn't stay warm. No centralized heating, only fireplace in the living room which doesn't reach the 2 bedrooms.

The property is good but there was no hot water and only one remote control for two television sets needs more curtains to keep the place more cozy and private the place is upstairs which are not very safe maybe more cleaner sofas but the rest was very good it was a little uncomfortable not being able to take a shower due to no hot water

Some of the reviews were unfortunately accurate, as we all took ice cold showers the whole trip even though the host said the water was fixed, not enough towels, nothing to cook with, and a broken pullout couch.To the host’s credit, after we told them that the pullout couch was broken, they reserved us another cabin free of charge, and also unfortunately free of hot water!There were some other minor issues like there being a drawer full of garlic for some reason, holes in the walls, broken curtains, and a shower door that came off its hinges and almost shattered over the entire floor. I would trust the reviews and not pay an insane amount of money for what you’re getting here!

Very disappointed.

The experience started by not receiving our access code to the door until 1.5 hours after our check in time. The host Adrian, did not respond to several messages or phone calls. Walking onto the property from our assigned parking spot through the broken gate, we passed a lot of debris including an old discarded matress, broken furniture etc. It was hartbreaking! Inside holes in the walls, some very old beat up and stained couches, wobbly stained chairs and a very beaten up dining room table with a filthy pvc table cloth covering it. The kitchen was fairly clean, however there were no pots or pans, or any cleaning supplies such as dishoap, sponges or dish towels. Lots of mold by the shower, no hair dryer, and no hot water in either kitchen or bathroom. After multiple attempts to contact the host i reached out to VRBO customers service, who also tried to get a hold of the host unsuccessfully. The host finally got in touch and after pushing hard sent the cleaning crew to "show me where the pots are" and how to turn on the water. The cleaning crew came by but did also not find any pots but the water did get warm and they gave me a sponge and some dish soap. The hot water stood on for about 2 min and then it was cold again. At this point we had already resolved ourselves to making the best of it went and bought a pot at the store and took very quick showers since we could not get a refund.

A few amenities needed.

Cool for a quick place to crash. Not much to work with in the kitchen as far as pots/pans/napkins. We went with a full group of 8 and didnt have enough blankets/towels. Parking was also a bit of an issue since you're only allowed 2 parking spots. Other than that, not bad, just lacking a few essential amenities. I would stay again for a short trip.

The cabin/studio was very clean and inviting. The entrance to the propery was less than inviting. Regardless, it was an "okay" stay. The worst part was finding out there was no hot water in order to take a hot shower. If you love very cold showers, the place is perfect for you. Thankfully, we only planned a 1 night stay and only lived 2 hours away. So i was able to get my shower that i enjoy at home. The fireplace is gas, not woodburning. I was looking forward to a fireplace. I was not able to even figure out how to use it or even turn it on. However, the central unit did keep it a good temperature in which a fireplace was not even needed.

Spring Break

This place was very clean and cozy. Nice view, just a little smaller than expected. One of the sofa beds was unable to be used because it wouldn’t pull out. Other than that, no complaints. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with pots/pan, utensils, and coffee. Highly recommend, will be staying here again.
