This was the perfect place to stay during our family summer vacation. The property is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The owner is quick to answer questions. I hope the property is available when we travel to the area again.

Great stay

2nd time staying at this property and it is always very clean and perfect for our group of 8. We use it for our f stays football draft and the bar area downstairs is great! Recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a getaway with the guys!

Zack was a FIRST Class guest. He deserves 10 stars. Very professional and welcome back anytime. I gave him 5 stars and on one of the questions it gave him a 4 star by accident but that is not the case, he is absolutely a 5 star guest. Awesome with a capital A!!!

Fun family vacation

Wonderful house on the river. Boat rentals very nearby. Had lots of fun tubing on the river. Very nice owners.

Great value and great stay!

We had so much fun staying on the Jordan River! The house had plenty of room for the family and kids. Well equipped for cooking and cleaning. I appreciated the extra linens and pillows. We would love to use this home again if ever in the area!

Almost perfect

A very nice property on the Jordan River. Inside the house was very nice. We greatly enjoyed the pier and caught a lot of fish. The only real downside was the outside grill was completely covered in rust and full of water. Also two wicker chairs downstairs need to be replaced. Overall, a nice place in a good location. I could recommend and we would stay there again.

A bundle of fun!

The house is awesome! It is just as advertised. Very spacious with everything you may need. We fished and fed Ralph ( the pelican that was there to assist 😊) as well as watched the various watercraft go by. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the evening breeze along with some music. There are two casinos nearby. They were nice. Mr. Fletcher responded within a few minutes of my messaging him which is always a plus for me. We had a great visit! This home is definitely on my favorites list!

Just Needs A Little TLC

Cleanliness-cluttered, unorganized, outside kitchen dirty, inside trash can dirty, closets inside full of items, toilet was stopped up. Accuracy of online listing - listing mentioned golf cart but there was not one, listed refrigerator at bar but there was not one, just a large one that did not work. Overall we had a good time but our last night we saw quite a few roaches and noticed an odd smell when fans were off. Host was very nice and helpful I just hated to keep bothering him with issues.

Best host ever!

The property is exactly as listed.Its absolutely beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood, right on the river. The home has an upstairs and downstairs porch with fans. It was a peaceful weekend. I would 100'% stay again. Mr Scott and his lovely wife are incredible hoats in every way.
