Casa Albaredo is a bright, stylish, modern and comfortably furnished 2,5 room flat in Brione sopra Minusio.

The living room with a small dining area, sofa and a fireplace invite you to spend a cosy evening at home. From the living room you have access to the large and sunny balcony with a wonderful view of the lake, the valley and the mountains.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with dishwasher, large fridge and microwave. The bedroom with a double bed also has a large balcony with direct lake view. The bathroom with tub and window, is bright and offers enough space.

Ideal occupancy: 2 persons, or 2 adults and 1 smaller child.

Room layout: living and dining room with exit to the balcony, kitchen, bedroom with own balcony, bright bathroom/WC with bathtub and window. A sofa bed is available for children.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Casa Albaredo.

Smoking is not allowed in Casa Albaredo. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Casa Albaredo has one covered parking space available at the street.

Casa Albaredo is fully equipped with, amongst others: WLAN, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV (satellite).
