There are two elevators and plenty of rolling luggage carriers. Parking lot has an electronic gated system as well as electronic secure entry areas to the building. There is a boardwalk to the beach with outside showers. Complex is centrally located to restaurants, outdoor activities, and nightly entertainment all within walking distance.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only in June and July. All other months are also Saturday to Saturday although exceptions may be made based on availability and with a minimum of a three night stay.
