We apologize you were not completely happy with your stay. If you had contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to address your concerns. The property is throughly cleaned after each rental and the lightbulbs were the appropriate wattage for the fixtures. Both balcony doors are scheduled for replacement this fall.

The cleanliness of the unit is crucial to our business. If we were notified during your stay that the floors were not satisfactorily clean, we would have sent our cleaning service out to do a better job. We have shared your review with our cleaners and they will be paying extra attention to the bathroom floors moving forward. This is first time we’ve heard from anyone the amount of toilet paper wasn’t enough but we would have brought you extra if requested. Beach towels are not included in the rental and are not mentioned in the listing.

Photos of the unit are on the website, the photos are an accurate representation of the property. Please read previous reviews of this unit. We take pride in our property and ensure it is thoroughly cleaned after each guest. The shower is shown in the photos, there are not handrails and the listing does not advertise handrails in the showers. The guest did not inquire about handrails before booking the unit. Living room furniture is replaced with new as needed after each rental season. Outdoor furniture is intended for outdoor use in the beach environment and should not have been drug inside the unite to accommodate additional guests. As advertised, the unit can comfortably accommodate six.

This renter was offered a full refund for his entire stay as soon a he notified us about the construction. We explained that he could leave and rent other another place on the beach (after staying in our place for four nights at what would have amounted to zero cost for him). We also offered to refund two nights because of the inconvenience. He opted for the two night refund. Pensacola beach sustained heavy damage in Hurricane Sally and repair crews are in tight demand. Our individual unit was not damaged in the storm but the building roof needed repairs. We were not notified that the repairs would start until after this renter’s stay. We are fortunate that the building’’s roof has been repaired and that our unit was not damaged. If you plan to vacation on Pensacola, Beach, you should be aware that repairs to roads, restaurants and condominiums all over the beach, and the entire region, are ongoing even though Sally hit back in September.
