Located in Five Points, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Athens, our recently remodeled 1930's home is in walking distance of both Sanford Stadium on game day and the restaurants and cafes in Five Points. Comfortable accommodations for 4 adults are provided by two bedrooms (one king and one queen) and two full baths. The full kitchen, counter bar, dining room, spacious living room, entertainment area and back patio provide a variety of areas for dining and relaxation. Floors are hardwood throughout. Wifi is available along with flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the entertainment area. Driveway provides for off street parking.

Our goal is to have a welcoming and comfortable environment where quests can relax and enjoy the activities and amenities conveniently available at the University of Georgia and Athens in general.
