Very well maintained condo in a great area of the Highlands. Close to restaurants and bars, as well as coffee shops. Very walkable. Brayton communicated all information clearly and timely. I would definitely recommend for couples or a small family.

Nice accommodations, very responsive owners, comfortable beds, very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and we would visit again. Mult-level with two sets of stairs might be difficult for some. Rooftop fire pit was a nice ammenity.

This beautiful property is very close to Red Rocks. This was my 4th concert visit. It is also close to my favorite breakfast spot, the Fox and Hen, and my dinner spot, Buckhorn Exchange. Very close to Empower Field. Wonderful spot to walk to eateries. I am very particular and found the unit in perfect condition. We enjoyed the rooftop area, and the garage for the rental car was a real plus. I am middle-aged and had to be cautious on the steps. It was too hot to use the fire pit, but I sure liked having that option. I enjoyed the higher-up view. The owner was very responsive and even let me know I could check in a little early, after the cleaners.

Convenient location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gem of a spot! The place was very spacious and had everything we needed. There are several great restaurants and bars within walking distance in the area. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great weekend spot

Very clean place, easy check in, and walking distance to coffee/restaurants. Cool rooftop overlooking downtown. Would recommend.

Great stay I can skip legs for the week!

Great stay very clean. All the amenities were available and well maintained. Comfortable beds, awesome shower! Love the view from the roof, could see downtown Denver from it. Lots of stairs but so worth it.

Great location

We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. Great location and was thankful for the garage so we did not need to worry about street parking. Loved the roof top and the view of Denver. Rental was clean and as described. Property owners were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Brayton was wonderful to work with, helped us out of a jam by cleaning the property a day early and letting us in. The place is such an upgrade from other rentals I've had recently. This location is GREAT. Wonderful neighborhood and great local eateries. Every detail in the condo is much appreciated. Well supplied with everything you might need in the kitchen let alone blankets, pillows etc. This feels like someone's home not an after thought of a rental property. They cleaning crew didn't leave a paper towel roll or TP with 2 sheets left but everything was fully replaced and ready to go. Loved the rooftop seating for the sun, views and fresh air. It is the detail that made a difference. Highly recommend.

perfect location

Perfect location close to everything downtown. Clean. Beds are very comfortable. Great view from the rooftop patio. Lots of stairs might be an issue for some.

Great place, host, and location

Very accommodating. Location is great. I haven’t been to the highlands for probably 10 years (since it started getting popular). There is much more to do. We walked to several different areas and enjoyed food and drinks. Farmers market on Sunday was great. Would stay here again for sure.

Exceptional Host

Braydon went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, even offering to buy us coffee since the machine was broken and a new one hadn’t arrived. I was really impressed by his quick responses to our questions and how he went to the extra effort to make sure we were happy. His home is beautiful and well kept.

Nice place near shops, restaurants and downtown Denver

Brayton’s house is just as advertised. Plenty of amenities in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and shopping. Brayton was quick to reply, and we had no problems during out stay. We highly recommend the property if you need a place to stay in that area.
