Great stay, comfy beds, quiet and safe location. Loved the reverse osmosis water. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Very friendly neighborhood.

Great place. Not huge but perfect for our needs. It is really well apportioned with lots of nice little touches (kitchen tools, tea kettle, tissue boxes everywhere, towels, blankets, etc.) The beds were really comfortable. The whole place was very clean. We loved that it was so close to restaurants, grocery stores and it was easy to get around the area.

The place is very tiny. There is barely room to walk around anywhere, especially with a family of four. The backyard is not private, the duplex neighbors porch overlooks your backyard.

Friends weekend

The house was very comfortable and in the perfect location. Close to downtown, shopping and eating. Nice backyard to sit and relax and fun neighborhood to walk around.

Very comfortable and accomodating. We enjoyed the close proximity to everything including a playground for my son. Check in and check out was easy. Emily was great!

Lovely place, much more spacious than appears from the outside. Big kitchen, one of the best stocked I have ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean with well defined areas yet light filled and open. Convenient to restaurants and groceries/ pharmacy. It was quite comfortable for 2 people but I can easily imagine a family staying here as well. Plenty of accommodations for babies and children. A nice enclosed play area as well. My only reqret is the weather prohibited use of the outside deck and grill. Would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our trip to Denver. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Tennyson street and about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Denver. Emily was communicative and helpful, and her place was clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here!

The property was great for what we needed. It’s close to restaurants and a grocery store. It has a grill outside in the back yard. Even though it is a duplex, the noise from the other side is very minimal if there is any at all. We had a great stay!

What an amazing place. Very comfy, inclusive kitchen for cooking, awesome shower and master bedroom. The only thing that made me angry is that I couldn’t stay in it longer and had to go back home. I’m 100% staying there again

Workcation

The property is in a great neighborhood. Walking distance from stores and a few location restaurants. 5-10 minute drive from night life and a couple of movie places within 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend to friends and next time i come to denver will stay there.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Convenient

Sweet little house is clean, modern and very comfortable with everything we needed. A short walk to a wonderful park, short walk to a cool bar & grill, short walk to safeway. Very convenient location to access downtown yet the neighborhood is very nice and quite, didn't feel like we were in a big city. We were in Denver for 6 nights on business and it felt like a fun vacation. The host was very aware, attentive and helpful with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Phish @ Dick’s Spot!!!

Me and my bf and another friend stayed here for a four night phish show at dicks! It was my birthday and my first phish show so it was a very special event for me! The place was awesome!!! Clean, cute, quiet, and chill. My bf and his buddy played a little acoustic guitar after the shows and it was quiet enough that they didn’t bother anyone! We had a blast and would stay again 100%. Check in, check out, communication altogether was top notch, excellent stay all around!!!

This was hands down one of the best vrbo’s we have ever stayed in. It was a perfect location to everything we needed to get to at our softball tournament. We loved walking to Tennyson street to shop and eat local. Running daily felt safe and had beautiful surroundings with the adorable neighborhoods. This vrbo was the perfect size for our family and the pups. Everything was clean, stocked and well thought out. Communication was fantastic with the host, she was incredibly timely with responses. We would stay again here in a heartbeat!
